Blown away!! Rare products delivered timely under budget and zero stress

I ordered a pair of Nike, shoes are in good condition, nothing to say about it! All good!
But unfortunately it’s way too small for me, so I am trying to return it. I followed all the Indications, but when I go to the post office they tell me the return code is not working and they cannot assist. So far I have tried like 4 times and it’s always the same! I called DHL in Greece and in Austria, no one can help. I send emails to the shop… no answer… and for the moment I am desperate for assistance as I need to return the shoes and I can’t go to the local post office 5 times a day for no reason!

Really bad. I ordered the shoes size 10, and got instead a 9.5
Now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes I can’t use.

In Companies Internet site it says free returns under returns, and the return label will be provided. But in the delivery it says I have to pay for the return. The boots are way too tight so I must return. Not funny

Very nice boots and speedy delivery to the UK, however they look like ex display, quite a few scuff marks on them. Also you might want to look at your delivery service, my boots cost me £150 and yet they were left on the doorstep for easy pickings.

Really disappointed as I check TrustPilot regularly before I shop somewhere new. I submitted a return a while ago -they've got one of those annoying returns systems where you have to submit a 'request' as opposed to just being able to create a label yourself. 4 days later (and now overdue on my 30 day returns period) I realised I still hadn't heard from them, so completed an online contact form....nothing. I completed another online contact form...nothing. I'm still waiting, and at this point I'm unsure if I'll ever be able to get a refund. Frustrating

They have since replied stating that they have replied twice. I check my emails daily and have never received a reply, so I wonder if there’s a technical fault with outgoing emails their end.

The seller immediately provided me with a tracking number and the item was as described.

Order came late and when I tried the shoes on the tongue on the left shoe came off in my hand.
Customer services accused me of ‘pulling with all my strength’ as that was the only way this could happen. After sending two more emails requesting a full refund they have not responded any further and I have had to raise a dispute with PayPal.

The sneakers are nice, the order itself was a few days late but it doesn't matter, everything is ok
