0 STARS! MISLEADING STOCK INFO!

Extremely upset! Ordered the most gorgeous Lulu Guinness sunglasses on the 27th August 2023 through them via the website Living Social. It showed the glasses I wanted were in stock and only £31.99 so naturally I ordered them. Also ordered a pair of Radley sunglasses for my mum. 28th August we recieved a dispatch email so we both got excited then today on the 29th we got a cancellation email saying they refunded my Lulu Guinness as they were out of stock!! What?! Why wait until last second and after dispatch to let us know that the glasses are actually out of stock? And why didnt it say that in the first place? I checked their website before ordering from them via living social and they said in stock! Completely inexcusable. Hopefully mum's Radleys are actually the ones she wanted. 0 stars for misleading stock info!

What a con

What a con. Purchased a mystery tech deal through Wowcher for £9.99 + 3.99 postage. Stay away from this company unless you want cheap and out of date junk. Had a look to see if I could buy online and you can get them on EBay. No doubt someone who got the same deal and trying to recover their money. Wowcher need to get better at auditing who they allow to sell through their site. So not only will I avoid Brand arena but will also bin Wowcher

Rip off!

Purchased 2 mystery boxes on a whim but within an hour of a ordering I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Despite this I’ve no refund and only 1 box turned up with absolute rubbish inside!! A Broken candle burner, unsealed candle burners, several loose unsealed nail files, mop covers and more crap….. I’m extremely upset with wowcher for not only allowing such rubbish to be sold through them but for not resolving my issue despite messaging 3 times!!

If there was a zero star option this is it !

A speaker I could get on Amazon for £5.69 turned up after I paid out for the £20.99 garden mystery deal. It wasn’t the one they’d even advertised ! Steer clear of this . I thought it would be a bit of fun but after spending £25 with delivery charges it turned out to be an absolute waste of money . Making a complaint resulted in ignorance and you can only email them. I have repeatedly explained that it is a scam and false advertisement which is by law in the uk an illegal offence . They have not made any attempt to refund me and the lack of care and communication is absolutely outstanding . I wish I’d have seen the reviews sooner as there’s not one single person I’ve seen receive anything but a poor quality speaker . Please do not waste your money !

Rip off

Should be 0 stars. Brought a mystery box of 20 garden items for £11.99 plus £3.99 postage off wowcher
In that bundle 11 of the items were tiny tea light. Now I know it says some items might be the same. But I could get a bag of 50 tealights for £1. Also I never received 20 items I only got 19.
Please don't do this thinking you have hope of getting some bargains it's pure cheap rubbish

Rubbish really in reality, I joked with the wife I would get a speaker or something and would you believe it….a cheap £5 market speaker turned up.
They make a fortune pretending there is a chance you may get something of value

I bought an Orla Kiely watch from them…

I bought an Orla Kiely watch from them with a wowcher voucher. The strap frayed and had to be cut off, within about 8 weeks of purchase. Wowcher, Orla Kiely and Peers Handy (manufacturers of watch) all say Brand Arena should refund me. They refuse as it’s not within their 30 day guarantee. Won’t even reply to emails now. I wish I’d read reviews before buying from this company.

I am thinking this is a hussle and my money had gone.

I want people to be very careful using this organisation.....they are terrible.

Also why are Libing Docisl not removing this offer from their listing....shame on them.

Did the mystery box for the first time…

Did the mystery box for the first time ever in my life and i completely regret it. I paid £23 in total to get a speaker that is worth less than what was paid. The item list is and wasn't available on the app completely mis leading. Find out later the £10 & £20 options actually have the same bottom prize. You are lead to believe there are tiers 1&2 but actually exactly the same. Thousands upon thousands of the same mini speakers but only 1 of a tv and phone etc... absolute massive con!!!! Do not buy

Bought the wowcher electronic mystery…

Bought the wowcher electronic mystery deal. Looked like even the low value items listed were still worth a bit of a punt. Looking at reviews, everyone appears to receive the same rubbish. I got USB LED lights which will go in the bin. Paid £13.98 in total accepting it was a raffle. Really should ensure the low value items are at least worth the £10 spent. My item is £5 on amazon, delivered.
