I ordered a personalised star for Grandsons baptism.Unfortunately it arrived damaged. (Not company's fault)
I sent e-mail and it was dealt with promptly and a replacement was sent out within a couple of days and received in good order. Would certainly use this company again and have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.
Ordered personalised item via menkind. Order took 11:days to arrive when advertised 3-5 days had to chase for an update

My order was through " Not on the High Street". I ordered 3 personalised items two arrived one did not. I tried to resolve this by contacting Not..O. T H....but they said to contact Jungly ( the suppliers) I did so after many attempts. They refused to acknowledge the order number or the order. Informing me to go to"" Not On The High Street" So playing a game of passing the buck...but noone taking responsibility. Noone giving A dam about the customer. So I am out of pocket that money being stolen from me. What an absolute disgrace this company is. I would not order from " Not on the High Street" or treat Republic. They should be closed down. Certainly a problem ordering from middle men. It is so easy to rip off the customer.

Ordered a personalised bracelet and emailed company to ask if it could be delivered in time for my sons birthday. I got a speedy response confirming that it would be and it arrived on time. Very happy with product (it’s my second purchase from this company) and also great customer service.
Ordered a photo frame key ring as a present for my partner through Very. I was sent a completely different item altogether. Does nobody check the orders before they are sent out the door?

Purchased what was advertised as a copper trowel and fork only to find it was plated feel cheated. Company do not answer emails just plauge you with more advertising. My advise is look somewhere else as you do not get what you think you should
