Great item, not enough updates while waiting for delivery, ticked option for item as gift yet it arrived in packageing not suitable for presenting as a gift so had to buy own box to put it in, poor from such a company.

Shocked by poor quality
Absolutely awful product. We ordered and returned as product was cheap and nasty. Not up to the description they gave on website. Definitely not a collectable or worth the money they charge. Disappointing...They gave full refund without sny quibble. 2 stars given due to no nonsense refund.

Dodgy scammy company
Placed an order, received a confirmation email waited 6 weeks for delivery. I got in touch and they said the order had been cancelled due to a postcode issue on their system. No email to say there was an issue no contact nothing. Item now out of stock. Having looked at reviews on quality I may have dodged a bullet. Garbage company. Online query met with indifference.

When I purchase something for £150 I don't expect to pay a further £10 for shipping!
So why advertise something for only £150 when realistically it costs £160 to get it!

I would caution anyone considering ordering from this company to reconsider. I ordered items for my fiancé's birthday and, upon checking to ensure they were being delivered as per their terms, I discovered that the order had been cancelled shortly after I made it. No one bothered to notify me and their customer service was absolutely no help whatsoever. I expect... DEMAND... only one thing from a vendor and that is to deliver the goods they promise, contacting me if there is a problem with that delivery. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again and would strongly advise you to look elsewhere if you want a gift for someone you care about.

Bottom fell off !
Order arrived looking really nice. Checked it wound up to play music and the bottom fell off. Inside inside you can see a lot of dried glue. This could well be one that's no een sent back a number of times . Really not acceptable for what is not a cheap gift.
