I often stop at BP to buy fuel, and sometimes a coffee, and I’ve never had any issues with the staff — they are usually polite and helpful. However, one thing that really bothers me is the state o... See more

My husband went to a BP Sigman Food…
My husband went to a BP Sigman Food Mart the morning of 08/01/25 to put gas in our truck left the store the vehicle was not able to make it far before it started having issues " sluggish and then would not crank" initially he thought it was the fuel pump, we had to have the vehicle towed back home. As he was not thinking it was the gas he came back to the same "frequent customer" to this store with another landscape worker so that he could work they put gas in his lawnmower got to the customer home mower was taken off trailer it stayed crunk for 2 minutes later then it shut off completely.
They decided to drain some of the gas out into an empty water bottle to find out the gas was completely water I was informed of what happened to the mower so I informed him to go to back to the gas station and I would meet him there. We let the morning shift worker who remembered my husband coming in about what happened to the truck & mower, and he didn't believe it happened he told us people have been coming in getting gas on this day. My husband then went back to his truck to get the bottle to show him along with another water bottle that he went to a different gas station to get a sample of gasoline to show comparison. I asked for the owner of the store or a manager name to get in contact with the employee stated "oh I don't know his name" I replied back how do you not know who you report to at work.
I contacted the department of agriculture to inform them of the situation that we experienced at this location I was advised that they would send a representative to the store to obtain a sample of gas from the pumps. As we were leaving the store, we then noticed that one of the tops from where the gas tanker puts the gas in was off and full of water. I called back to the department of agriculture to inform them that we have proof that there is water in the gas pumps as one of the tops was left off the hole where the gasoline to place at the station (picture taken). I was then informed that more complaints were being made to them about this location for damage to vehicle someone would be out to get a sample of the gas it would take about a week to get the results back.
I received the report back on 08/05/25 to confirm that the 93 gas was 98% water and the 89 gas was 40% water after this information was received back, we have made several attempts in store and over the phone to make contact with someone in management to speak to about how they are going to make this right by getting both the truck and mower repaired. As of today 08/19/25, we have not received any responses being received back from anyone.
I also would like to advise that I went back to the store on Tuesday 08/12/25, then again 08/17/25 with my husband to has the manager been in the store to obtain the message that I left the week prior. The employee indicated no, but he would take down another message to have someone reach out as they are aware of the matter they had to shut the pumps down for 2 days. I walked around the store to see if I was able to find some kind of notice that had a number to contact someone when I then notice the display of Pepsi products had outdated 2-liter drinks as being June 16, 2025, on Pepsi/minute made bottle and May 19, 2025, on the mountain dew bottle on them (photo taken)
I hope after this review has been published that someone will do the right thing by contacting me to resolve this matter quickly as consumers should not be held liable for damages that occurred on your premises due to negligence.
Fyi: truck gas was cyphered out also to show water in the tank showed to a certified mechanic who confirmed the same
BP gives you dirty hands
BP, stands for exaggerated petrol pricing to the upsolute maximum and in return you get grumpy snotty staff... And most of all, always contaminated fuel nozzles to stain your hands. And no, gloves are not always available. But why not check regular the nozzles since this is your first business 🤔
At another site you wreck my car either a massive pothole which you allowed to grow so massively that it caused a major damage to my car which was then discovered at the Garage.
You are not worth the money, really not! I hope you go bust!
Absolutely appalling conduct by attendant at BP Poath Road Hughesdale
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years happened at BP Poath Road Hughesdale on July 30 at 8:33 AM. The staff member, who introduced himself as Mohammad, reacted to a simple request with unprovoked hostility — raising his voice and continuing to shout at me as I calmly left, in front of other customers. Days later, I received an email from someone named Hasnat G claiming to be the manager reviewing the incident, but when I checked his publicly available Facebook picture, Hasnat's picture matched the person who served me that morning. This raises serious concerns about whether the person involved was also handling and dismissing my complaint — a clear conflict of interest. Regardless of identity, such aggressive behaviour toward a customer is unacceptable. I will not be returning and believe this store’s management practices need urgent review.
BP garage Exmouth
Visit BP garage Exmouth regularly. I changed to this garage as the team of staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Dharma always puts himself out and does his work with a smile.
horrible experience tonight and felt trapped and vulnerable
horrible experience tonight with the charging station not disengaging. It was quite late and cold not feeling well. The attendant Stewart refused to provide any level of support. I even tried calling the 1300-002-738 a number of times. the first call, they just hung up on me, second call they started to say they could no hear me after 2 mins into the call, the 3rd time, they simply did not answer. I was stuck there in the weather late at night feeling trapped and vulnerable with no support whatsoever. the attendant told me to just leave the car there and catch a taxi home - what a blood insult as he refused to move away from the register even though the place was totally deserted.
this also happened to me once before back in February and again tonight I had no choice as I really needed to get some charge. Just wondering what the hell is going on with this company. Is it ok to leave customers trapped or forced to leave their cars overnight and catch taxis, feeling quite vulnerable
Staff needs training
Staff needs training, just got a letter from a solicitor through the mail for non payment of diesel even though I'd paid for the food I was purchasing, twice I had to remind the sales person to add the diesel cost and the second time they assured me they had, stupidly I trusted them to do their job properly and didn't check the amount, my mistake, and now I've a bill to pay with a processing fee, staff need to do their job properly, not there to joke around and socialise, going forward, I don't car how long the cue is I will check and double check my payment and receipt as the staff are not qualified to do the job.
BP Service Station, Sixfields, Northampton, NN5 6PZ
Usually I fuel up my Shogun at Sainsbury's Weedon Road as the diesel is considerably cheaper, I get nectar points, the staff are pleasant and there are always gloves and paper roll on each pump.
Usually I add Redex diesel additive & DPF cleaner to each fill up, but I thought I would try forgoing the additives and instead try BP V power .
Recently on two accessions that I tried to use BP Sixfields it was impossible to get on a pump as one or two were out of service and the pumps that were in service had cars parked on them whilst their owners were availing themselves of Costa coffee, pastries or M&S food etc, so after waiting some time I gave up and went back to Sainsbury's to fill up.
Yesterday I noticed that there were pumps available at BP Sixfields so I went in to fill up with V power diesel, I selected the pump that seemed to have less old fuel residue on the floor around it and before selecting the nozzle looked for some disposable gloves and paper roll, but to my surprise none were available, this seems strange considering that BP claims to put customer health and safety as a priority and especially considering that BP fuel buyers may be intending to buy coffee ,cakes and all manner of edibles in the pay point to then be eaten with fuel contaminated hands!
I appreciate that there are toilets and wash basins on this BP site, but that said they aren’t that obvious as the shop area is very crowded with food and drink display cabinets and in any case the toilets have limited capacity for anyone who should realise they are available and wish to use them.
In the BP shop there was one miserable looking member of staff on the till who made no greeting on my approach, or could be bothered to speak other than saying "Do you want a receipt?"
After paying I left the forecourt and won't be bothering to go back again!
It seems that BP has forgotten it's core business and it's duty of care to the public and is instead intent on becoming a some sort of unwelcoming Off licence, Costa coffee and M&S food shop.
If you are in the Sixfields area I would advise forgetting this awful BP outlet and just go a little further off the next roundabout to Sainsbury's for fuel, it's cheaper, you get nectar points, plastic gloves and paper roll and the staff are pleasant!
After refuelling at Sainsbury's just opposite with lots of free parking is a Costa Coffee, M&S food, Next and Poundland offering better selections at better prices!
I WAS ROBBED BY THE CASHIERS @LEAST 3 TIMES .
SPECIALLY WHEN THE CHANGE IS 2 OR 3 TEN POUND NOTES, THEY WILL KEEP 1 JUST UNDER THE TRAY, SO IF YOU SAY, OH YOU STILL OWE ME TEN, THEY QUICKLY GET IT AND SAY SORRY, BUT THE LAST TIME IT WAS ON THE LAST STATION BEFORE CENTRAL LONDON ON THE A40, I NOTICED IN THE CAR, SO I WENT BACK STRAIGHT AWAY, AND SHE SAID NO, SO I CALLED THE MANAGER TO CHECK THE CCTV, BUT HE SAID I'M BUSY NOW, SO I LEFT MY NUMBER, BUT NO ONE CALLED, SO I PHONED THE HEAD OFFICE, AND THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING, THAT WAS OVER 1O YEARS AGO & I HAVEN'T BEEN SINCE, BUT I TOLD ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY TO BE CAREFUL ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE ASIANS/ INDIA/ BANGLADESH/ SIRILANKA/ ETC . . .
If I could give BP a 0 rating I would
If I could give BP a 0 rating I would. I had been buying BP gas exclusively for a few years now. Last fall my boat ran perfect. I had my boat winterized as normal before winter storage. As part of the winterization process, the dealership ads a fuel stabilizer to the gas tank. This spring I picked up my boat from the secure indoor storage location I use every winter. I put $98 of premium fuel in my boat and took it out on the lake. It ran terrible. I took the boat to a marine mechanic and they said there was a large amount of water mixed in the gas. The mechanic also stated the there was way more water in the fuel than could have been caused by condensation over the winter. He said the problem had to be "bad gas" I bought (from BP). I contacted BP and provided them with the mechanic statement along with the fuel purchase and repair documentation and BP declined to pay anything towards my $1,000 repair bill. STAY AWAY FROM BP.
Very bad experience
Very bad experience, the cashier ( klaudia - after the ticket received, however she had no name tag) refused to talk in english, and made no attempt to at least give some
Information in order to pay our fuel. She has a nasty tone, borderline rude. Thankfully for the nice assistant that served us coffee.
Avoid to stop here!
Staff at this BP station in Reading…
Staff at this BP station in Reading were extremely rude and started shouting at me. Unprofessional behaviour. I emailed their complaint team but they didn’t resolve the matter and didn’t come back to me. I won’t be going back.
Bp Danniverke is filthy
Bp Danniverke is extremely dirty to the point I refused to buy food.
What I saw today and my personal experience
Right
The BP at Waterbeach on the A10 is the ideal place to get a drink or a quick bite to eat before carrying on if you wanted a breather from driving.
I was riding home after work and fancied some chocolate, so I bought a packet of milky way magic stars, awaited my turn to be served and straight away the man behind the till was on his phone and also failing to acknowledge me - didn't ask about my day or any plans for the evening.
It should of been 30 seconds- get in, pay for them and get out but turned into 1 minute and 15 seconds of being ignored, constantly texting and having no respect for customers.
Not only that - I've also noticed they're constantly on their phones and that toilet is never cleaned or simply out of order.
Overall pretty disappointing
Egginton service station joke
Disgusted by the attitude of the night staff at your Egginton Service station on the A38 near Burton. Being told there is a 30 minute wait before he can turn the pump on as he is doing the bin is an absolute joke at 0330 in the morning.
Henna was amazing in BP/M&S Wandsworth!
I stopped at the BP/M&S petrol station in Wandsworth and I was greeted by Henna who had amazing customer service skills! I asked if there were customer toilets and she directed me. I picked up a few items to purchase as I really needed some refreshments. There was a long queue in the shop so she rang the bell for support. In the meantime, she served customers using both tills effectively and efficiently! This decision eliminated the long wait to be served. It was brilliant to witness and she done so with a smile. Her innovative approach was second to none and added value to each customers day!
Absolutely Brilliant!

The customer service at store2449200…
The customer service at store2449200 1050 Holcombe Rd in Decatur,Ga has always been friendly and store is keep clean
Maybe ask staff to be more friendly?
1 me the costumer ,being polite by saying hello to the person working ,no answer at all ,spending my money in there to be served with rude behaviour and almost throw the changed to my hands!!! Not a guy that does reviews but maybe management should rethink the way the staff approach the costumers. Not coming back for sure
I visited Ratibhanpur
I visited Ratibhanpur, Sikandrabad petrol pump my daughter couldn't even use the washroom that was even even position that anyone could even use it. Moreover, we complaint the owner he didn't even care to listen our complaint.
BP Guild Merchant Preston
BP Guild Merchant Preston.
This site does not deserve its customers. Had an issue with my tyre and the machines contactless wasn't working (again). I asked the assistant ifbi would get cash back which was a NO. As my tyre was completely flat there refusal to help a customer meantbibhad to walk to the nearest ATM.
Please don't give them your money. There is a much nicer petrol station 4 mins away who appreciate their customers. Are extremely pleasant to deal with and that's who I would suggest deserves your hard earned cash
Discounts don't work; limits keep dropping
Half the time the discount didn't work and had station attendees usually can't help. Now for the last several months they keep dropping my limit. I've never been late and always pay more than is due. Each time I get a good percentage of credit available they drop it to only a couple hundred available. I'm going to pay it off next week and never use it again. They have lost a customer.
