I ordered an LG UltraGear monitor and, despite all the time that has passed, I still have not received it. DPD marked it as delivered, but I dispute that completely. The tracking also claimed there were two failed delivery attempts because I was supposedly not home, which is untrue, as I was indoors waiting on both occasions. The proof of delivery image also appeared to show a parcel far too small to be a monitor box, which immediately raised serious concerns.
I contacted Box multiple times by email and live chat to explain that I had not received the monitor, that I disputed the claimed delivery, and that the delivery evidence did not appear consistent with the item ordered. This has caused serious disruption to my work, as I rely on this equipment as a developer.
What made the situation even worse was the way Box handled it. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, I was repeatedly told to wait for courier investigations while being left without the goods I had paid for. The process dragged on with no urgency, no meaningful reassurance, and no practical resolution.
The live chat was especially unacceptable. Although the case was escalated, the tone was dismissive and unprofessional. One comment from Des was: “If not delivered to you, as you claim, there should be nothing to worry about, right?” That is a completely inappropriate way to speak to a customer reporting a missing high-value order. It came across as accusatory and dismissive rather than helpful.
I also received inconsistent information about the status of the case. At one stage I was told the courier investigation had been completed and that no further action could be taken, yet the matter later had to be pursued again. More concerning still, after I asked for the case to be re-escalated, I was told that the matter was under active reinvestigation with DPD and that the courier had been chased for a response. However, when I contacted DPD directly using the claim reference Box had provided, I was told they had no record of being contacted about it. That seriously undermined my confidence in the accuracy of the updates I had been given and made the whole process feel confused, badly managed, and unnecessarily stressful.
The key point is simple: I paid for a monitor, and I still do not have it. Instead of a proper resolution, I have been left chasing for answers through a slow, inconsistent, and unprofessional process.
Based on my experience, I would strongly not recommend Box.co.uk.

I'm been using this shop many time during the years. Once they been great shop with nice offers. But something happen. My most recent experience with them was awful. My parcel was stolen because of a careless driver. The "customer support" refuse to help me. A week after they start investigation. Now it's been 3 week investigation, a month after my purchase date and I still don't know what happen with my order...

They sent the wrong part, even though I had ordered the correct part. The agent made it sound like it was my fault - it’s my first time building a PC and I had done everything correctly to my best knowledge and this is their own fault (internal labelling issue) yet I’m made to feel like I’m being punished. There was no compensation or consideration for their fault, only the standard return. I had a completely unsatisfactory experience and will never order through them again going forward.

Ordered a product from Box on Wednesday. Paid extra for pre 12 o'clock delivery on the Friday. Friday comes and no email received at all so I contacted Box. They then tell me they oversold the product so it wouldnt get delivered. I asked if I could pay the difference and get a different product, to which they told me theyd already processed the refund. I asked to speak to a manager given an email address instead. When I mentioned contacting the Ombudsman, the adviser actually said "Doing that could slow down your refund". Absolutely NO communication. I literally had to contact them during my delivery window to find out. Then couldnt escalate to a manager. Appalling customer service! I build and repair computers and buy a lot of parts. I will NOT use Box ever again and will advise my customers of the same thing.

Very easy to use Box.co.uk. Updates via text, e-mail and online were good and very user friendly.
The laptop was for my wife and she’s been impressed with everything so far.

Box are okay when everything goes without a hitch. However, they have displayed their true colours when the chips are down.
Received a new Asus ROG Strix G16 laptop (arrived a day late - that's another negative), and encountered issues almost immediately. The laptop would reset (soft reboot) when using a browser (both Firefox and Edge). The event log had critical kernal power errors that coincided with each occurrence of the reset. It was clear there was a serious issue (probably hardware related) with the unit. I contacted Box to report the problem and request a refund. It took a couple of days, with me contacting them on numerous occasions to arrange a RMA and collection. It has now been over a week since the laptop was returned, and still no confirmation of a refund. There is no way to track the RMA status online, which means I need to initiate a chat session every time I want an update. There has been absolutely no proactive communication from Box.
Not what I would consider acceptable customer service, let alone good.
I will not be back.

They took payment for 2 HDDs on the basis of them telling me at the time that there were 6 in stock. On the basis of that, I also ordered a NAS. At no point did Box email me — neither a confirmation nor a cancellation notification. I had to contact their support twice before being told the item had been oversold. The core problem is that their order management system appears not to be synchronised with their actual inventory — a basic failure for any retailer, and somewhat ironic for a company selling IT equipment. Very annoying — I had to cancel the NAS, and notification of my refund came via PayPal rather than from Box directly.

Bought the MSI claw from this company, product arrived faulty with Wifi Drivers not installed- so I basically have am expensive brick. Still awaiting a reply from the customer service team.
Edit 2 -
This is day 3 of the shipment being back with them, and they are yet to send me a follow up update to let me know the progress. However they have sent me a separate email prompting me to leave an update so here it is. The customer service is slow and unresponsive at times - I send numerous chaser emails and are met with nothing. I forced to send this item in before finishing negotiations because I was being ignored and didn't want the return time to expire. They noted that they would ship a replacement once received and to my knowledge this has not been done.
I would give this 0 stars at this point if I could.

I got the Asus g520 tower was meant to be amazing and got it the RGB hub didn't work and the front panel light change I messaged and messaged first they made me feel like I was trying to rob them or something after at least 50 emails still nothing got sorted sent pics videos the lot and then when someone did try and help me it was just useless I will honestly never again waste a penny here

Absolutely awful service and support team. Ordered three monitors. Two randomly showed up without letting me know they would be delivered, and not explaining one was left to come. Two weeks later I am still waiting for the final monitor. On an almost daily basis I have asked them where the final monitor is. They keep telling me it should be coming, initially in a few days, and then later and later. Still no monitor, and yet I can order the same monitor on their website and receive it tomorrow, for £40 more than it initially cost me. They clearly have no intention of ever sending the final monitor. NEVER use these guys.

MSI MAG 341CQP QD-OLED 34" Curved QD-OLED UWQHD 175Hz 0.03ms USB-C Gaming monitor
Really happy with this monitor!
- Image quality is impressive, switching from a IPS monitor to OLED makes a huge difference.
- Built in settings or the app allows you to customise a lot of features to your liking.
- Reasonably priced for what you get, especially on sale.
Highly recommend it!
