Great products, easy ordering and love the fact that the containers are reused

I have used Bower Collective for several years and loved all the products. The website is easy to use and you could add or remove items easily from your subscription. However, I did not like the change to Evri for delivery and pouch returns, so unfortunately Bower have now lost my custom. My nearest Evri drop off point is not in a convenient location to me and the delivery is very erratic. With previous deliveries I was notified in good time when the parcel was expected, with Evri it is a guessing game. So now I will be looking for an alternative company for my laundry products.

The shampoo and conditioner are fantastic. The fragrances are incredibly lovely. The washing-up liquid is divine—love the pomegranate fragrance; I am obsessed with it. I have not made a subscription and now I regret it. But I will definitely do so from the next order. I am extremely pleased to join this great environmentally-conscious and sustainable brand.

I've been purchasing from Bower for quite some time and have always had good service.

Good communication and quick delivery. Only gave four stars as the website pushed for a full starter kit, which I’m sure is better value but I only wanted certain items and found it harder to select that way.

I like the products but subscription is expensive. Why is it cheaper to buy a starter set than to receive refills by subscription. Surely this defeats the object....

The limescale remover is now a thin liquid and the smell is so strong it hurts my eyes, the old product was much better

I love the products they work really well in the hard water area I live in. The refill packs are great too

I’ve been using Bower for over 2 years. I started using just a few products but now I’ve got almost every product from them! Always satisfied with their quality. I also love when they have new fragrances :)
Appreciate the CS team as well when my payment was declined and they helped to resolve it quickly and efficiently.

Just WOW! Limescale remover is out of this world and so much more effective than high street usuals. Products smell lush too!

Looking for sustainable and ethical options, I used Bower & Collective products for a number of years.

I realised that they use Amazon Shipping to deliver their products - one of the most unethical companies that have made a profit from polluting the environment and exploiting workers. I emailed Bower Collective twice to ask them if they would consider changing to a more ethical shipping company, and they didn't even acknowledge the correspondence - from a paying customer.

Another example of a brand participating in greenwashing. I have immediately cancelled. Luckily, there are many alternative ethical brands to choose from - ones that do not deceive their customers.

Great products and easy site to get around.

Been using Bower Collective while now, first time contacting their customer services last week and were very helpful despite the error being on my part, they found a solution promptly.

Products arrived quickly and were well packaged. I have only used one item so far, the handwashing and can say that is very effective even with someone who has extreme sensitive skin. Only given 4 stars as not used other products of which I purchased so far.
