The products clean well but the scent…
The products clean well but the scent is far too over powering.
It cleaned limescale very well in the shower and toilet and the sink looks great. The lemon smell was more synthetic than natural.

We're sorry the lemon scent was too strong and not as natural as you expected - though we do use naturally derived ingredients and fragrances, the cleaning agents are acidic enough to be effective, but can also cause that kind of "cleaning" smell when you're using them, but the fragrance left after the solution has dried or been rinsed away should be far less intense.

Great product, customer experience could be improved
I really love the products (limescale remover is amazing!) and loo cleaner also brilliant and will definitely reorder.
Unfortunately I haven’t found the customer service to be the best and the referral rewards seem impossible to use on your account, which seems counter intuitive when you are asking people to recommend your product…disappointing.

Effective cleaning and a scent that isn't eye watering
I got the lavender milk fragrance starter box and have just ordered the yuzu box. The products smell lovely and last ages. Very impressed with the limescale remover, the smell is not as overpowering as normal limescale products and does a fantastic job of cleaning. The cleaning spray doesn't last long but that might be down to user rather than product volume. Again the product was effective. Looking forward to my yuzu scent delivery

Absolutely adore these products
Absolutely adore these products, they have a beautiful gentle sent to them and never irritate my very sensitive skin. The branding and bottles are beautiful and I have used them in my Airbnb properties and get great feedback from all the guests.

I really like how easy it is to change orders. Plenty of warning prior to delivery. Web site is easy to navigate products are effective. Bit disappointed with fabric conditioner. Scent not particularly appealing. Similarly scents on hand and body wash not long lasting
