If there was an option of Zero stars I would have rated that. We have purchased our beautiful house in Redlands Village about 2.5 years ago. What was meant to be a beautiful start, turned into Nightmare from day one with major issues still not being resolved. The Bifold door doesnt lock and completely Jams in Summer. The Window is leaking. No smoke/heat alarm in the Kitchen. Several major building regulations not complied with. The Developer has still not resolved any of these major issues and has been ignoring all the major concerns so far. All they have done so far is send several different inspection Engineers, but not apply any resolution.

My wife and I are buying a Bovis new build from their Kenilworth development, and thus far the sale process has been managed for Bovis by Claire Keville. Very sadly she has been moved by Bovis to another development before our build is finished, but her professionalism and impressive commitment to detail gave us enormous belief that Bovis would deliver all that we asked for and were promised. We will greatly miss Claire’s input during the remainder of this process. Thank you Claire for all your guidance and help. Those taking your role have a lot to live up to.

We have visited the Hollin Bank development in Littleborough and we were greeted by Rhodri. I must say we have visited a lot of new build sites to look for our ideal home, I have never had such a wonderful experience as the one with Rhodri. So much so we went back again today to discuss potential options to purchase after the initial visit yesterday. Rhodri is the upmost professional, has infectious positivity, his attention to detail and knowledge of the houses is second to none. I have worked in sales for 32 years, in my experience people buy from people and Rhodri is someone you would want to purchase a home from. Please pass on my positive feedback to Rhodri.

The team at Hollin Bank go above and beyond. We started our journey with Gav and have recently been working with Rhodri and Claire. They’ve all gone out of their way to make our experience a good one. There’s nothing to much trouble and you’ll still find them replying to messages when their working day is done.

Bev is without doubt one of the best sales advisors I have come across, made the experience super enjoyable and had so much knowledge to help us make all the right decisions, no pressure just honesty.

The development and build look amazing, we cant wait to move in.

Rhodri was so welcoming and honest with everything. I didn’t have a booking and he took the time to answer my enquiry even though he looked like he was in his way out.

We have recently reserved a beautiful home at Hollin Bank and been in over the weekend to ‘meet the builder’ look around our home and the progress it’s making and got to choose our kitchen / tiles etc and some little extras to make our home just how we want it. We couldn’t have done this without the support from Rhodri, who made the process go extremely smoothly and was very helpful with guiding us to make the right choices (as we was indecisive on most things 🤣🫠 never felt rushed) Rhrodi was extremely welcoming friendly and witty! Which we loved. Cannot wait for completion now and to live into our forever home 🏡

Completed today with Bovis Homes, Kidderminister. Lisa was our Sales Consultant. The smoothest and easiest experience as a first time buyer. Completion took just over a month. Lisa was professional, friendly and made us both super comfortable. 10/10!
