Communication = 0
I've tried contacting them several times via Facebook, their chat function and via mail. They didn't bother to respond, which I think is very unprofessional and rude
However, I made the order and the item arrived as it should've.

I have not yet received my package
I have not yet received my package. I received an email saying it got delivered when there is nothing at my door and the tracking status says it’s still on its way to its destination. I can’t read anything so I have to have a friend translate everything since there’s no option for English. Laposte last update is from the 14th of December saying it’s “on its way to its destination”. The yellow bar shows it’s still half way through.
