I was helped by an amazing salesperson. She was cheerful, attentive, and answered all my questions with patience. How refreshing! It was my first time in the store. What a wonderful experience!

One of your lady staff members asked me if I needed help. I thought she was busy so that's why I didn't ask her first. I was pleased that she approached me. I had already picked out 2 items to buy and had a question about a chair. She took my items so I wouldn't have to carry them and brought them to the front desk. She checked to see if the chair was in stock. She was very courteous and friendly. I didn't get her name. But she rang up the bill for me. And then arranged for the fellow that was also working today to bring the chair I bought to my car. He was also very courteous and asked if I needed help with the other 2 items. I did not but he was very nice. I appreciated their help and was glad of my purchases.

This was actually my first time in Bouclair. I was helped by the store manager and the assistant store manager, and they were both so incredible and helpful. I'm renovating my basement and I will be back to get so much more stuff.

Customer service at this store is way unbelievable. They are very helpful and so nice and very helpful.
Love going to this store and seeing their smiling faces.
That is the reason I keep going shopping at Bouclair in St. Catherines.
I would recommend this store to everyone I know.

I loved the smell in the store and asked what it was…. The salesperson was attentive and well informed , answering my questions and showing me the products that I wanted. She let me know about the sale items.

Waited a month for this product to come back in stock, was going together very easily but then when I got to attaching the top of the bench, the screws sent are to small for product, the hinges ripped right out of the wood now this bench is damaged and I cannot attach the top of bench properly. Do not recommend this product!
