Delivery time
I ordered a fragrance based on the stated delivery time of 2–3 business days. After five days, the delivery estimate changed to 21 days.
I understand that fragrances are flammable and may need to be shipped by sea rather than air. However, this information should have been made clear before I placed the order. A three-week delivery time would have been an important factor in deciding whether to purchase this product from the website in the first place.

Bad experience
Hi, my order was canceled for a reason saying "fraud filter detected" or something like that...its so offensive...i did order twice previously and those orders were perfect. Ofc they mention i have been "refunded" but nothing shows in my bank, they also do not respond to emails and their live chat asks me to send an email. This is day 4 since the cancelation email and it is so frustrating to be sent a fraud email when its my credit card and they can atleast call or check? Horrible tbh and i want my money back or atleast reply to me!!!!

Great selection and service, slow refunds
Almost everything is great – I love shopping at Boozt! Great selection, good prices, and generally fast delivery. The only thing that lets the experience down is how long refunds can take. On several occasions, I have had to follow up before receiving my refund, by which point a considerable amount of time had already passed since the return. If the refund process were faster and more reliable, the experience would be nearly perfect.

When I ordered it said 2-3 business days and then I got email saying 8-12 buisness days and because I do not have screenshot of this from when I ordered it Boozt does not take my word for it. I would never have agreed on 8-12 days for 200kr less. It was not option to pick shipment type as I can see now so I guess they have made some update since.
