Easy enough to place order but did get tripped up and ended paying for next day delivery which I was a bit annoyed with. I assumed I had selected free as my purchase qualified and it asked me to select a day but when i completed the transaction I had paid £5.95 for next day which is the reason I knocked off a star

Delivery took a week, package was packed without any protection inside, just cosmetics in a box. In a result, thermal water from Avene was a bit damaged and spilled over the other things.

They sent the items used by previous customer. The pack seal was broken, products all marked and damaged. Whole point of ordering online is to avoid going store, had to sort out admin printing to return. such a hassle. poor customer service too

Part of my order (828966043) is missing and I’m still waiting for a response from customer care. The outstanding item is due to be delivered directly from their supplier. Boots website states these are “trusted partners” and “we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.” I would appreciate if Boots could provide me with an update as the status of my order dated 04/05/26 still remains as “outstanding” and I have received no further information about when (or if) this will be dispatched.

I cannot reach boots by phone only a robot and they refuse to answer my e mails.
Absolutely awful customer service.
I have lost my money and cannot get to speak to anyone. Terrible customer service from such a supposedly reputable company. Will not order again if my issues are not sorted out.

You sent the wrong item. Eau de parfum was asked and paid for but you sent some kind of hair scent. I'm very unhappy with this kind of mistake, as I now have to repack the item and return it.
