Terrible customer service avoid
Ordered 5 pairs of trunks, one came all stained. Sent photos and order number on what’s app , reply came back can I resend order number , done that 6 hours later reply can you send photos which I had already done again no reply from last WhatsApp useless service, have always ordered trunks for years but no more , it’s impossible to resolve issue.

I ordered 3 pairs of shorts. 1 of which I kept and the other 2 I tried to return because they didn't fit. The returns portal will not lete send them back! I have emailed Customer service and am getting no reply! I won't buy from here again!

Their service is absolutely horrendous. You cannot speak to a real person, you are chatting with useless Al bots that provide no actual help. There isn’t any actual phone number or email response either.
I was charged for three shirts but only received two. When I tried to resolve the issue and eventually disputed the missing item, they didn't fix their mistake they simply froze my account and my Premier delivery membership!
It feels like they are punishing me for their own error. They are happy to take your money but ofter zero support and retaliate when you ask for what you actually paid for. Save your money and shop elsewhere! SHEIN is way better.

I don't like this company simply because they don't have a live representative to talk to and also they don't follow there return policy for a refund I will never order from them again and I will let my friends and love ones know not to order anything from them ever again. Returned items weeks ago and still did not get my refund. Joke of a company. I returned the items because one was sent a wrong size from what I ordered and the other item despite being the size I ordered it would not fit me.

Don't waste your time, clearly do not care about customers
What has happened? Have always loved shopping here for my teenage twin boys but the last couple of months the service has become appalling.
Made a recent order, no; MUK130387503 for the boys birthday and not only was sizing completely out on several items but instead of a shirts and top set I ordered I received two tops in the pack.
Trying to communicate with Boohooman has been near impossible and nobody bothers to read past the first line. I've both emailed and communicated via Instagram and for days and days the only response I received was to return via the portal!!
1 - I didn't want to return, I wanted a replacement
2 - Why should I pay to return an incorrect item
3 - I wanted the item but AGAIN why should I pay postage again?
I then received a message telling me they'd authorised a free return and once received they would refund in full!! AGAIN, I didn't want a refund, I wanted the item I'd ordered.
Every message took atleast 24 hours to reply and every time I replied the representative asked me the same questions and didn't read previous notes. I have been requested about 5 times to give a detailed explanation of the problem and to send photos!!
I sent a Formal complaint, this had no response for 3 days and then they replied apologising and asking me for a detailed explanation of the problem, photos and a short video🤣 you literally couldn't write it.
I finally received a postage label and a message requesting me to send the item back and then immediately send proof of postage and they would arrange redelivery. I thought, finally someone with a brain cell. Today I posted and immediately sent proof of postage, as requested, guess what? I was asked for a detailed explanation of the problem and was informed an item couldn't resent, despite it currently being instock.
The company is a complete joke.
I await my replacement.

Scammed once, then items never showed up.
Had to make a purchase on here using a voucher after being genuinely scammed out of my actual money after a full unopened return way within the return window and the items never showed up despite paying extra for next day delivery AND for parcel protection. Still refused my actual original payment method and fobbed off with another voucher. Genuinely avoid at all costs. The stuff is so cheap and yet when you actually see the quality you still feel ripped off. Service is none existent.

Your customer service team was completely useless and pretty much admitted to the scam, hence the accurate review of this terrible business practice. Took months to get a resolution and even then it wasn’t my money back but a hand off of credit, which I then spent on a new item, which never showed up and I wasn’t allowed the replacement because coincidentally the item had gone up in price by £40 and you wouldn’t fulfil the original purchase. This company absolutely deserves its awful rep of cheap tat and cheaper service.

What has happened to this company
What has happened to this company? First of all it took over a week for my items to come despite it saying 2-3 days delivery. I then returned some of the items over a week ago and still haven’t received any of my refund. Won’t be ordering from here again!

Fast and helpfull Customer Service agent Kai
I placed an order with BoohooMAN on Sunday 26th April around 5 PM using express delivery, as I needed it for a trip in 4 days. After ordering, I received a confirmation email stating delivery would take 13 days, which was not what I had paid for.
I immediately emailed customer service but didn’t receive a response. I then contacted them via Facebook Messenger and got a reply within 5 minutes. Kai from customer service was very clear and helpful.
He confirmed that my order would still arrive within 2 days as I had paid for.
My tip: Reach out to customer service via Facebook Messenger and not their email adress

This website advertises a scam option for free delivery for a year for almost 20 euro, but when you place another order they tell you that your items do not qualify for free shipping !!! Complete joke

BEWARE!!
I ordered a tuxedo waistcoat for an event on Saturday, as the delivery time stated 2–3 days, which should have been more than enough.
After 4 days with no dispatch, I contacted customer service and tried to cancel the order so I wouldn’t have to pay postage. I was told this wasn’t possible because the item was “being prepared.” The order then didn’t arrive until 7 days after purchase — far too late for my event.
To make matters worse, I now have to pay to return it, and customer service refused to waive the £1.99 return fee despite the delay being on their side.
This was my first time using BoohooMAN and will definitely be my last. If you’re ordering for a specific event, I’d strongly recommend allowing at least double the stated delivery time — otherwise you risk being left out of pocket like I was.
Very frustrating experience that has cost me £5 for nothing.

Incorrect Orders
Ordered 5 times in the past month and twice was send the wrong size and then twice sent the wrong colour. Constantly getting orders wrong and then the customer is expected to order / pay for delivery again

Absolutely awful service the parcel which was a gift took a longer than expected to arrive then it was the wrong item so I returned they received on the 8th April and I am still waiting!
