Sizing inaccurate, returns a pain in the a---
Sizing out. So having to return items to find there is a £1.99 fee to return. When there is a charge for delivery in the first place. Then couldn't remember my password but their password reset function on their website doesn't work.
I work in behavioural science. These are obvious nudges to avoid people returning goods. It's frustrating and disgusting behaviour TBH. Will prevent me ever buying from them again.

I've been ordering from Boohooman for a few years, but the last 4 orders I've placed when their website states "ORDER BY MIDNIGHT TO GET TOMORROW" my order arrives around 7 days later! Also tracking is never working with evri. Every time I put the tracking number into track it says the same thing with every order NUMBER NOT REGONISED!

horrible return policy. Purchased a Hoodie that ended up being too big. Because the hoodie price was discounted about half of the cost was in shipping. In order to return and exchange after paying for return shipping label Boohooman would only end up returning me about 20% of the original order total.

I've purchased clothing from this brand for years with no issue; however, my first customer service interaction will result in me never shopping here again.
I emailed customer service every business day for two weeks. Each response came from a different CSR, and the communication was completely disjointed. I shared exactly what I was instructed to share: "clear images of the incorrect item received, including the tags attached to the item."
I sent them first as JPEGs, to which I received a response that they were delivered in an unsupported file format. After attempting to share as PNGs, I was told that JPEGs were the correct file format. After sending twice more in succession, I was met with a copy/paste response asking for "clear images of the incorrect item received, including the tags attached to the item" again.
I have purchased over a thousand dollars worth of clothing from this brand with no issue or concern, so it is sad to see that my first interaction with customer service will result in them losing my business entirely.

Honestly the customer service here is genuinely the worst I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The AI bot they have now just goes round and round in circles, they take days to respond and don’t even read past messages so you have to explain the situation over and over. I have purchased premier for a year but it doesn’t work and they can’t fix it and are refusing to give me a refund. Absolute joke I won’t be ordering from them anymore

I have tried to return a parcel, my god have they made this difficult.
Did an online chat, after around 30 messages I asked to speak to someone as I wasn't getting any where. Even this seemed beyond hard work, after several more messages I have given up!

Don't bother buying anything from them the material Is thin and all creased when arrived, messaged customer service they told me to wash them so washed them still creased washed them again still creased, now they've replied saying because they been washed and worn I cant have a refund, but they haven't been worn because there still creased.

I have ordered two items on the Boohooman app. After three days there is still no confirmation e-mail sent to me but the money is out of my account. I have yet not received an e-mail back from the customer service and I was met up with their AI bot which doesn’t help me at all. Getting in contact with them is really hard. They are telling me that there is no order on the used e-mail adres, which is weird because I am logged in on my Boohooman account with the same e-mail adres. At this point is just want my money back. I’m never going to order anything from them again if it goes like this everything.
Avoid paying for next day delivery. False Promises, yet you get charged!
“Very disappointed with BoohooMAN. I paid extra for next-day delivery because I was leaving town and needed the item urgently. The parcel still hasn’t arrived and is now expected almost 5 days later, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for express shipping. I also won’t be home anymore when it arrives. Customers should not be charged premium delivery fees for a service that isn’t provided. Thieves!
