Don't bother buying anything from them the material Is thin and all creased when arrived, messaged customer service they told me to wash them so washed them still creased washed them again still creased, now they've replied saying because they been washed and worn I cant have a refund, but they haven't been worn because there still creased.
I have ordered two items on the Boohooman app. After three days there is still no confirmation e-mail sent to me but the money is out of my account. I have yet not received an e-mail back from the customer service and I was met up with their AI bot which doesn’t help me at all. Getting in contact with them is really hard. They are telling me that there is no order on the used e-mail adres, which is weird because I am logged in on my Boohooman account with the same e-mail adres. At this point is just want my money back. I’m never going to order anything from them again if it goes like this everything.

I cannot return an item. It’s not swimwear or lingerie or anything outside their policy (it’s shorts) but the portal won’t let me do it. I’ve texted them and had a 38 message conversation where they just keep directing me to the portal which doesn’t work. I don’t know how to send the item back so they’re just fraudulently keeping my money. DONT ORDER FROM BOOHOOMAN BECAUSE YOU CANT GET A REFUND IF THERES A PROBLEM! Isn’t that illegal!!??
They are unfortunately scam, they claim to be delivering next day, but never arrive and when you ask for the stock you will never get an answer.
I ordered a suit. It was damaged and didn't fit. I proceeded to sent the suit back only to be sent it back to me and be refused my refund. I then sent it back again all recorded and now they are saying I have the suit and still are refusing my refund. I would never use boohoo man again. If I could rate lower than one star I would.
I have to admit I was worried about the reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The two t-shirts I bought for my son arrived on time and were good quality. Would definitely consider buying from them in the future.

I've ordered a pair of boots in April, then waiting 2 weeks for my package, then they never arrived and then the package is getting sent back to boohooman. I emailed to customer service 5 days ago and never got a response nor a refund. It's an absolute joke!
I have never left a review for anything in my life. Had to leave one for this company. At this point, it seems like a practical joke, from the clothes to customer services.
When you receive the clothes, they won’t fit anything like they do on the models. There is clearly some tailoring going on on the models to make you think yours is going to look just as good. It doesn't. But that's my mistake for assuming.
The real issue is the customer service. After ordering the clothes, one of the items was not what I ordered. That meant I was missing an item that I actually ordered. I ended up returning all but a few things. The returns portal would not let me return 4 pairs of jean shorts, as they are ‘not eligible for return’. However, these clearly show as eligible for return before you add them to the bag. I raised this with customer services, where I also explained that one of the items is not what I ordered. They were not able to explain to me why the items were not eligible for return. They simply said that items cannot be returned if they fall into the categories on their site. I checked their site; they did not fall into these categories.
I moved my complaint across to Resolver, as Boohooman failed to acknowledge any of my requests for this to be escalated. Surprise, surprise, now my items fall into the returnable category and can be returned. Out of the 4 items I sent back, I have only received a refund for 3 of the items.
The first email was sent on the 8th of April, and I still have not received a refund for the item that I did not order. As mentioned, I did not receive what I actually ordered and sent back the item I did not order.
I have replied to the most recent email thread which includes 46 emails of me speaking to customer support. I have explained the issue at least 4 times and sent across all of the pictures that they requested as proof. However, this makes no difference since a new person will respond each time. Don’t expect the new person to read the previous emails. They will just ask for the same information that has already been sent across.
I can imagine if anyone from BoohooMan responds to this review, it will be Rob using a templated apology on how sorry he is to hear about this experience. He won't offer to look into it for you; he will more than likely point you in the direction of customer support and say some BS about how they ‘missed the mark this time’. Judging by the other reviews, this company couldn’t hit the mark with a guided missile.
To anyone reading this, the style of clothes is cool, but they are cheap for a reason. Don’t be fooled. Go somewhere else to shop for fast fashion. Or if you are looking for ill-fitting clothes, with a 50% chance of returning them successfully and a 100% chance of only being able to wash them once, then BoohooMan might be for you.
I have been in contact with Boohoo man now for over 7 days trying to resolve the fact that a gift voucher for £50 my son received for his Birthday cannot be redeemed on their website. Each time I answer their question I wait 24 hours to be given yet another question and never a resolution. Sending me around in circles deliberately and not resolving the issue. This company are a hideous scam and I'll be escalating this further
Absolute scam of a company - gave my boyfriend a gift card for Christmas and 5 months later still emailing them because the gift card number never worked. AI slop responses asking again and again for the gift card number and even when I forward them the original ema THEY sent with the gift card receipt and # they say they can’t find it. Asked for a refund and still haven’t received it.
Recently made an order and selected delivery to a Inpost locker. Checked the tracking through Yodel as the inpost page isn’t loading. Tracking indicates that the parcel was returned to sender, and that I needed to contact the Sender. Informed boohooman of this, but there Customer Service is awful, the people responding do not bother to properly read, and when you provide screenshots they dismiss them. I despite online shipping these days. It used to be so convenient, so it’s just the opposite.
Ordered three pairs of shorts for my son which were all too small. I have never had an issue before retuning items but when I tried to create a return using their portal it said items are unreturnable. On their site it specifically says they are returnable.
I have been emailing customer services for over a week now. All they want is a photo of the size label but when I send it to them they say they can’t view it. I have sent images six or seven times. Put the images in a folder. Taken screenshots but they say they can’t see the image.
I have asked them just to send a returns label but they just keep asking for images.
Why do they want an image of something that is too small.
I have reordered three bigger pairs of shorts from them and may need to return some of them.
They used to have a good returns process but now it is terrible.

Trying to complain about customer service but every time I contact them saying I want to complain they don’t respond. I then contacted them about something else to test if they were definitely ignoring me and they responded… then the second I ask to speak to someone higher up they ignore me again. AWFUL company, hopefully they’ll go into administration soon🙏🤞
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an unresolved refund issue following a returned purchase.
After returning the item, I was issued a credit voucher which did not function as intended. I was advised over the phone that the voucher would not work on a mobile device and that I should instead use a desktop browser. Despite following these instructions, the voucher still failed to work.
Since then, I have been in contact with customer service via text, with no direct human interaction, for approximately nine months. Throughout this time, the issue has not been resolved. I am now being informed that too much time has passed since the original purchase, and that no further action can be taken.
I find this completely unacceptable. The delay has been caused by ongoing technical issues and ineffective customer support, not by any inaction on my part. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter in good faith.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. I request that this issue be escalated and that a full refund be issued without further delay. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to pursue further action through the appropriate consumer protection channels

I used to love BoohooMAN when I lived in Europe, especially in France and Italy. The service was fast, reliable, and professional. But BoohooMAN USA is a complete mess.
I honestly urge people to think twice before ordering from BoohooMAN USA because it has been a huge waste of time and money for me.
This is already my second bad experience with them. First, they split my order into two packages. I paid for express delivery, which was supposed to take around 4 days, but even the first package arrived after almost a week. Fine, delays can happen. But the second package never arrived at all.
Since April 4th until now, I still haven’t received the package or my reimbursement. Every time I contact customer service, they keep asking me to “wait until the 17th,” for an express delivery from 4 Apriland I already know they’ll probably ask me to wait again after that.
The worst part is that I ordered spring clothes, and now we are almost entering summer.
Chosing express delivery They shipped everything with FedEx, and the experience was terrible. The first package even arrived already opened, which made me wonder if some items had been stolen. I wanted to wait for the second package before checking what was missing, but FedEx never delivered it. Every single day I received “out for delivery” updates, but nothing ever came.
Eventually, I was informed that the package was being returned to the sender, yet BoohooMAN still hasn’t processed my refund.
I’m extremely disappointed with both BoohooMAN USA and FedEx. This level of service is unacceptable.
Save yourself the stress and don’t waste your time ordering from BoohooMAN USA.
