I have been waiting 5days on WhatsApp…

I have been waiting 5days on WhatsApp trying to liaise with boohoo customer service about not being able to access my boohoo account. Despite purchasing boohoo premier delivery requesting password reset numerous times and boohoo has still not resolved me getting access into my account despite numerous information I have given my email address, order number for the premier delivery and been told one minute to send screenshots of what error message I get signing in then being told they don't accept screenshots, it has been very distressing and every time they reply asking the same information over and over again throughout the day. I definitely would not recommend dealing with queries through the WhatsApp option. Now I will attempt through their email and if not then social media

I ordered next day delivery through my Premier account on the 24th (early in the day) because I needed some urgent last minute items for my holiday. I was reassured that the items would definitely arrive, despite it being a bank holiday and I specifically checked this as I would have ordered elsewhere if not.

I waited in all day yesterday and was LIED to by boo hoo saying it’s definitely coming, please be reassured blah blah blah. Waited until 7 or 8pm and got told oh sorry it’s coming on the 28th

In what effing world is NEXT DAY from the 24th now accepted as 4 DAYS LATER. I then get told oh it’s delayed so wait patiently until the 31st, 7 DAYS….. What an absolute disgrace of a company. I won’t even be here now so eff knows what will happen to the parcel seeing as tho, despite all the issues, they still continue to use the losers at Evri.

Why do customers even pay for Premier to get this pathetic service and then pathetic customer service too, lying all day and then saying pls disregard previous messages.

NEVER shopping at this company again now.

Congratulations Boohoo. Just lost a customer.

Do better.

And employ some customer service advisers who have actually had some training in manners

You pay for delivery and returns

The items I bought were better quality than expecting four out of five of the items. One looked so cheap it was just embarrassing that it was even manufactured, it was cut as though the scissors used were blunt, no hem. None of the dresses had pockets which is negative. Worst is that I paid £3.99 delivery and £1.99 return which has to be through Evri, InPost, Asda or DPD (£2.49 option). For this reason, I will not be ordering again.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service, months later still waiting on my refund? service providers refuse to acknowledge your issue and insist they are correct, they dont even try to act like theyre bothered or care, now are just not responding. Furthermore, clothes smell WEIRD AS HELL? and the quality is a GAMBLE! sometimes great, other times its like wth? - hence the returns! Honestly, biggest thing is customer service, only order something if your 100% sure you will keep it - if your going to return it dont bother you wont get your money.

I never leave reviews but i feel so strongly about this situation and dont want anyone else to be robbed by boohoo..and in my case approx 164.00 ..heres my story. I placed a bulk order around christmas to try on different outfits for christmas day. I returned the items in january to boohoo, my grandad had passed away at the timeand my mind was nit in a good place. In error i selected to be refunded by gift card and nit to original payment. I queried this with boohoo anf advised on my mistake but was told there is no way to undo my choice. Then when i tried to place another order there was information regarding my credit so emailed boohoo to find out what i needed to do...they advised after weeks of waiting for a reply that i had been awarded the gift card. I couodnt locate the giftcard, so i asked them to send me a copy or resend the email, they would not , i pleaded as i no idea where the gift card was , they emailed back to confirm it was issued in jan 2026 and that it wouod expire in 12 months. I emailed so many times to say i could not locate this gift card anywhere and asked for help to find it. Again,boohoo advusef when the gjdt card was issued BUT then advised it had now expired and there was no way to reinstate it so basically they have taken 164 off my money. I have queried and quieruef and now im just being ignored. I wouod highly recommend not to purchase from boohoo , they have robbed me, ignored me, no consideration whatsoever to my circumstances and i think big companies like this should not be allowed to behave in such ways. Theres nkt even a number you can call for escaltions. I really hope people read this to ensure they dont get robbed aswell.

Absolutely awful, have ordered previously and always returned via royal mail as this is the only option available to me. They have now removed this as an option and will not provide me with any help in returning my item. Would never use again.

I contacted Boohoo on Wednesday…

I contacted Boohoo on Wednesday regarding returning an item that was not as described. I was told to email a strange separate email address for returns/issues, which I did straight away, and since then I have heard absolutely nothing back.

I now have an item sitting here that I desperately want to return, but getting any kind of proper response feels impossible. The live chat agent I spoke to was actually quite nice, so at first I thought everything would go smoothly, but now I honestly feel like I’m at the beginning of a nightmare trying to sort this out.

Customers should not have to chase and chase just to return an item that does not match the description. If this is not resolved properly, I will be contacting Trading Standards regarding the matter.

Ordered a two piece set but they only sent the trousers ..returned trouser because wanted it as a set but they are still charging me for delivery and return when they messed the order up also took me days to get in touch with anyone noone was responding ...please dont order from this company you will loose money and you physically speak to anyone

Thieves. Steal from your bank account.

I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes and the Bill came to £45.94. But boo-hoo took out £48.93 from my account for payment. I am dreading my items arriving now. It’s Max of bad practice when a company is stealing from you in your first transaction, so I won’t be buying from them again.

NEVER experienced such poor communication in my life. I ordered an outfit for a weekend away on the Monday and next day delivery. I didn’t get my items until I was away. I then was denied return despite not having the items in time for intended use because the seller doesn’t accept returns. I bought through boohoo and it said NOWHERE on boohoo they don’t accept returns for unused clothes.
After days of never being contacted after initial AI screening, I had 2 weeks of back and forth emails with customer service to ultimately be told they won’t accept returns despite not delivering on time as I paid for NDD. Never will I buy from boohoo again. Ridiculous experience.

Do not buy from this seller . I ordered a pair of ladies boots thinking I was only paying a couple of pounds for delivery but ended up paying £10 but worst of all I never had a confirmation of order or a confirmation order number so I wasn’t able to cancel the order which I attempted to do after realising I was overcharged !!!

The order has now been delivered with no reference order number so I can’t return the item ! I have tried to go to the online customer service centre but all I get is an automated message. This company is one to avoid 😡 not even worth 1 star

Scammers and thieves.

Boohoo have the worst customer service and refund process. They do not deserve the good ratings they have. I am in a process of fighting with them to have my money refunded for items proven to have been returned to them. Once you make contact with them via email (there is no telephone number), they may reply initially and then never again! They start ignoring your emails if you have a problem. Also, they only want to acknowledge part of the refunded items (as they arrive in seperate packages) so they can tell you they haven't received it and then keep your money. As mentioned, the situation is in the process of dispute and I don't know when I'll receive my money back. They are scamming their customers and I definitely do not recommend their service.

Such a horrible

Such a horrible costumer service.
I have received an email saying that my premium has been extended till 31st of may but same time when I go into the buying something is saying that I don’t have premium and trying to charge me for the delivery.
Did try to contact costumer services through the messages for good two weeks but they kept disappearing for few days and after coming back asking the same questions to send them screenshots.
Seriously im sick and tired of it and just to let u know I will never pay yearly premium with you anymore.
And also I would suggest that no one should be paying for this company as they are time wasters.
