Such a horrible costumer service.
I have received an email saying that my premium has been extended till 31st of July but same time when I go into the buying something is saying that I don’t have premium and trying to charge me for the delivery.
Did try to contact costumer services through the messages for good two weeks but they kept disappearing for few days and after coming back asking the same questions to send them screenshots.
Seriously im sick and tired of it and just to let u know I will never pay yearly premium with you anymore.
And also I would suggest that no one should be paying for this company as they are time wasters.
Boohoo took my payment but never sent an order confirmation or order number. Customer support only responds with bots and the issue is still unresolved after more than a week.
I have proof that the payment was successful.
Pissed off with a return. It was sent with Australia post on 23rd April and received by Boohoo facility on 29th April. No refund came through so I followed up. They had none of the details of anything. I had to send screenshots of my return from their website, the Australia Post delivery notification and tracking as well as a screenshot of my order. Received the following response: "Your refund will be initiated once the return reaches the warehouse and has been processed successfully. Please note that this process can take up to 29 days from the date the return was posted." And a month later I am still chasing refund!!!! I have purchased from them many times before but this is this last. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Very frustrating shopping experience. The sizing on the website was extremely unclear, especially for U.S. customers. During checkout, I selected size 4 for my dresses, but my confirmation email later stated “US Size 8,” which immediately caused confusion and stress. At no point during checkout was the sizing conversion clearly explained.
I contacted customer support multiple times trying to get a simple answer about whether I would actually receive a US size 4 or a US size 8, and no one could give me a direct response. The replies felt vague, repetitive, and unhelpful, even after I explained the situation clearly several times.
I understand international brands use different sizing systems, but customers should not have to play detective after placing an order. The website should clearly specify whether sizes shown are UK or US sizes and explain the conversion before checkout.
Overall, the lack of clarity and poor customer support made this a stressful experience instead of an enjoyable one.
And just to mention I spoke to Kai on instagram and a Cory on their chat support team.
Ordered a dining table, chair and bench set. So far I have received 2 table legs and two chairs, still the table and bench missing. Over two weeks with no explanation and just getting the same message that they will contact the courier for an update extending it by two days again. All you get in an AI generated reply, hoping it turns up soon
Absolutely appalling. Have shopped at boohoo for a number of years without issues but in the past year it has gone downhill. Pay for premier delivery, rarely comes on time. Boohoo emailed on the 23rd April apologising for how crap their next day delivery on premier has been and advising they will be adding 2 extra months onto my membership. Then emailed me on the 19th May saying it expires in 7 days - so you’re not then? Items or parts of sets missing from every order.
Most recently did a big shop, only one item arrived. Remainder of order status says failed. Take forever to get through to actual agent past the bot on customer service and they takes days to respond. When they finally do, most replies are inaccurate, incompetent and do not resolve the issue you contacted them about.m, and then you have to start all over again with the bot and wait 2/3 days AGAIN! Only picking up on the one item delivered and ignoring the second parcel tracking that remains delayed and undelivered. Tell you to come back on a certain date if still no delivery, and then no response again.
Finally got refunded. Only to find they haven’t refunded me correctly and missing partial refund! So now having to contact them AGAIN going through the same cycle of repeating myself constantly.
On top of that, being charged a return fee to return the one item that was delivered which I don’t need as the matching top for it is one of the missing items so no use keeping it! Also one return per order is supposed to be free for premier members!
Absolutely infuriating experience. Don’t think I’ll continue to shop with them.
TERRIBLE customer service. The sizing chart is wrong on the website and it made me order the wrong size. They can’t change the size or just cancel the order for me even though it’s only processing. Never ordering from this company again and I suggest you don’t either.

Refused a return for an item. Pair of shorts, but they class them as underwear possibly? They are not. Very poor sizing. Pump shorts meant to be roomy for the muscular build. These are not roomy at all. Waist and hips fit fine but the leg extremely narrow and tight.
T shirt quality is fine, fits nice and is comfy.
But print on training vest already has print seperating from material. For the value of vest not even worth paying the returns.
Order from here and expect 1 out of 3 items to be worthwhile. Cant see myself ordering here ever again.
i purchased the miami florida blue short tracksuit. i open it to see makeup stains all over the neckline of the hoodie. so so disappointing. i was excited for this to arrive and now the whole set is out of stock so i doubt i’ll even be able to purchase again.
I have always used Boohoo Premier and since they have changed the policy it is an absolute joke.
First I am told only Boohoo items are free next day, but actually due to living in Cornwall nothing is free next day. So I either have to wait 4 days or pay £2.99 to get in 2 days (never actually next day).
My mate tested the same items deliver to her house up Country and she can get free tomorrow!!
I tried to complain, request refund on delivery and customer service was awful.

Been contacting Boohoo's customer service for a while now to get a refund from January. Customer service is terrible. You get an AI bot that is useless, then you have to wait days and days to speak to a human, who then never gets back to you. I have contacted them many different ways and the service is honestly disgusting. For a multi-million pound company, they should make more of a priority in looking after their customers.

Firstly my boohoo order took weeks to arrive and then trying to manage my return with boohoo and marketplace items feels like an impossible task - you shouldn't be selling marketplace items with such awful processes in place!
No proper customer service, just bots and FB messenger where you have to repeat yourself over and over, while waiting endlessly for a human to intervene.
Will never waste my time, energy or money ordering again. Joke of an operation.
My order was dispatched 7 days after I ordered them which resulted in them arriving late. So sent the full parcel back. They are refusing to refund 1 item saying they never got it but it was returned with all the other items in original packaging. Not replied to my last email re this. Will be taking this further.
Worst customer experience ever. Boohoo tagged on extra sneaky insurance at checkout. The items delivered were faulty and of terrible quality. I returned all the next day. They received my return 20 days ago and I still have not received my refund of nearly £60! When I contacted them Debenhams emailed me on this matter telling me they are awaiting a concession called IKRUSH to refund me. Who is that? I ordered from Boohoo not Debenhams or some unknown company I’ve never heard of? I just want my money back and will be closing my account with them and never ordering from them again. This is not the same company I used to order from the items looked like they came from some dodgy back street market and would fall apart in 5 minutes. Unless you want to chase for a unforthcoming refund and receive terrible quality items avoid Boohoo at all costs!
Terrible customer service, with AI integration that keeps on looping and cutting off the communication flow + unable to return items that are unopened in their original packaging, which is frankly speaking illegal.
Very fast communication today with help with a return. Email communication was excellent!

I have sent 3 emails and used Messenger chat on 5 occasions, it is insulting when they are asking for the same information each time with no offer of resolution..

I am beyond frustrated with the service I’ve received regarding this gift card. I have now been told FIVE times that it has been resent via email, and I still have not received anything at all.
Now i’m being asked to provide an alternative email address town which i did and now they’re saying I can’t do it like that???
At this point, it honestly feels like a scam. Every response takes over a day, there is no way to speak to an actual person, and I’m repeatedly being told the same thing with absolutely no resolution.
I want this resolved. Either to be sent the gift card properly and make sure i get it before another response a day later or provide an alternative solution immediately.
I also want details of how to make a formal complaint. (Already sent to Resolver) I have asked them to provide either a team leader/manager’s email address or a phone number where I can speak to someone directly, because this level of customer service is unacceptable and have been ignored every time.
