Used to be my go-to
Used to be my go-to wihtout even shopping around but its became so expensive that's not viable anymore. Example- they sell a durex lubricant thats £5 dearer than the exact same product in boots and some of the toys I've wanted to replace have increased in price over 100%. I now shop about a lot more than i used to as I'm not confident in the value for money here and a lot of the time i get nearly identical products cheaper elsewhere

Next day delivery NEVER happens
They advertise for next day delivery if ordered before 11pm and it NEVER arrives next day even though you pay for it! So dont bother paying or expecting it next day as they use evri and as everyone knows are useless.
This is the 2nd time ive paid for next day delivery and 1st time it took 4 days to arrive and 2nd time 2 days to arrive.
Everything else is fine ie the products and prices but delivery is absolutely crap

Wouldn't buy anything electrical from this site again.
The site has some ok gadgets, but the electrical ones don't last long. Had two faulty bullet vibrators on one occasion. On the other, the massage wand gave out after couple of months of use. Which is a shame because it was priced at around 40 GBP after discount, and seems there's no warranty or response from customer service after emailing about this.
All the steel and silicone stuff is good, but wouldn't buy again anything electrical from this site.

Didnt get my order
Didnt get my order, order was deylad 4 times from 2 days delievery to a week and a half terrible delievery serivce. As to when i spoke to customer sercice from bondara they said its not there fault i didnt get my order and that they wont help this was in a email. So they told me they dont care. Waste of £70 prodcut, delievery service and customer service disghusting
