All soaps well wrapped and they look and smell great. I love the coloured polystyrene to keep everything safe.

Order from bomb cosmetics regularly, never had any issues, slight disappointment when there wasn't any boxes of mystery soaps on the website, do enjoy these not knowing what you are getting. One item was substituted, but that wasn't a problem. And nice to get a suprise gift. Thankyou

Poor. I ordered 6 things and only got 3 that I ordered. All the rest substituted with items I don’t want or like but have paid for. Wasn’t asked if this was ok. It’s not. And to add insult to injury it appears I have to pay for the return postage. Do not order from these people.

Waiting for my order , I’ve sent emails messages on TikTok and Instagram. It hasn’t been sent and it’s been 5 days, no reply as of it. It was for a birthday present for tomorrow I’m going to have to cancel it .

Love Bath Bomb Mega Box. It is always great to have a surprise. Products are excellent and I look forward to bath time. Wish you still did petal face wash.

Love bombs mystery bundles and body buffers - use them all the time

Still waiting for a refund from a trade order placed 3rd December for an item that was out of stock. Many promises that their finance team will action it but never do. Chased many times and still nothing. Will now have to raise the query with my bank. did not expect would have to do this.

I can't believe anyone has had a bad experience with this company, I ordered the £20 bargain pack, wow, I'm still on a high about the quality. I've just this min ordered another one. What a super company, nothing involves Animal experimenting, that's the best news ever, Animals are to be loved, protected. Bomb cosmetics are fantastic, really fantastic. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🥰🥰🥰🥰

Frustrating situation made right 🥰 ordered a set from the complaint months ago and it never arrived. Had tires to contact the firm with no avail but as soon as they realised still not received my order they could not have been more helpful and apologetic. Yasmin was lovely and apologised, refunded me the lost set and sent out a beautiful apology set to my son. He’s very happy and faith has been restored in the form after a whacky start. Will order again and look forward to sending some people gifts from the company in the future. Thank you

Opted for a 15 mystery bundle fot my daughter and a bath melt for myself. So pleased with all Bath bombs provided, I know my daughter is going to be thrilled on her birthday 💞

We order regularly from Bomb cosmetics, namely their mystery soap slices. I would take full advantage of their bath bombs, but unfortunately, I have no bath.

Despite having weirdly sensitive skin - I react to products randomly with little rhyme or reason - I don't have an issue with their soaps. They're very rich and creamy, and don't dry out my skin. I've even converted my fiance to their soap.

Obviously, when purchasing the mystery boxes, you don't know what you're going to get, but for us that's part of the fun. It's like a soap lucky dip. There are some we love - mango ranks as my absolute favourite so far, the sea one is my fiances - some we were generally content with, and so far, only one we have really disliked. We got the piano keys soap in our most recent box, and I genuinely don't understand how anyone can enjoy the smell, it smells like chemicals used in a mechanics garage - I genuinely wondered if something had gone wrong in the batch, because I can't believe it was meant to smell like that. We also got a little free gift in our last order, which was very appreciated. It was a very sweet, llama print, drawstring bag, that will become my shopping bag for my wheelchair, as I can slip it over the handles.

The items are always packaged really well, with cute sustainable packaging, minus the packaging for the soaps themselves - why aren't we packing the soaps in greaseproof paper, or paper bags? They really don't need the single use plastic wrapping, plus it's a nightmare to get off. Cute paper packaging would seem a lot cuter and more appropriate for the brand, too. Overall, though, I highly recommend the Bomb Cosmetics brand and products, and will keep ordering for them. The quality is on par with another well known high street brand, in some cases better in my opinion, but for more reasonable prices and with free delivery over £30. Smells great, cleans great, and feels like a wee indulgent treat for yourself every shower or bath time. 😊

All off my stuff came on time in perfect condition. Got a free gift. Had to reorder my stuff as had ran out and they were the best bath products I’ve ever had. 100% recommend and would purchase again and again.

The wax melts are great! I’ve been using them every night over the Christmas/New Year period and I’m very impressed.

The raspberry ripple, the pomegranate & the cosmo cocktail are my favourites.

Visiting family & friends have commented on how nice my home smells, and even a delivery driver complimented me on how nice it smelt when I opened the front door.

So I’ve ordered more! They really are lovely.

I've been a customer of Bomb for over 10 years, but I was shocked to find they "substitute" items in your order if they don't have what you've actually ordered! I opened a parcel today to find someone had scribbled out what I'd ordered on the form and written something else as one thing I'd ordered (for a gift for someone else) was out of stock.
I've had no emails about this, no one in customer service had called or contacted me in any way to just quickly check what I'd like to do, or to offer me a refund on that item.
I've emailed a picture of the handwritten scribble over today.
I've seen on other reviews that people have been asked to return the substitution before getting the correct item, even though it was a deliberate and cheeky action by the company. How lazy of the packing team!
I expect my order to either be fulfilled or refunded and I won't be going out of my way to return something I didn't want or order.

Order some body buffers , there was a delay with receiving the order , my enquiry was resolved quickly and efficiently. I also received a free gift as an apology for the delay. The body buffers are amazing and smell gorgeous would definitely buy again

I put in an order for little hotties and got a lovely surprise when it was delivered as they had added a free gift of a wax burner and a candle to start me off. The wax melts are wonderful and everyone that comes in remarks on the lovely aroma.
