I dealt with the company on behalf of…
I dealt with the company on behalf of my elderly parents who were in need of a more urgent delivery of oil. My father suffers from dementia and , my mother his main carer.
A lady named Maria dealt with my phone call, as I'm named on my parents account. She was exceptionally helpful and sympathetic to our situation. An alternative fuel provider was sought and arranged within 24 hours.
We received excellent service and the delivery was efficient and within time scale.

I had money on account ,ordered on line for a delivery a week away or before and it arrived the next day .Oil prices hadn’t gone up but the cheaper option had still gone up by £150 in a month

A very dishonest company and one to avoid.
Decided to try Boiler Juice and regretted it.
Placed an order for 800 litres of heating oil and was informed that this would be delivered within two weeks, however this was not the case.
The last day before the delivery window I telephoned Boiler Juice to ask why I had not received my delivery. I was informed that it was to be delivered on the very last day of the two week window.
I informed Boiler Juice that this was not acceptable and that no one would be home to accept the delivery, the person I spoke to said, “Boiler Juice is not for you, it is for people who are at home” meaning that you can not have a life or a job and must sit at home for a full two weeks waiting for your oil.
What a pathetic company.
I decided to cancel my order to be told that there would be a £12.00 charge despite their website saying that as long as the tanker has not left the depot that there would not be a charge.
I informed the female staff member at Boiler Juice that if they deducted £12.00 I would take then to court.
I did receive a full refund and what I had established with Boiler Juice is what they do is put their markup onto the oil and wait until the very last day of the two week window to deliver.
So why provide a two week window, why not say to the customer your oil will be delivered in two weeks time on this day.
A very dishonest company and one to avoid.
You are better to phone around to the oil suppliers in your area, that way to get a much better price, by doing this I saved £90.00
Boiler Juice is a completely pointless company and unnecessary.

The suppliers we work with quote for deliveries to take place within various timescales. This information is detailed at the quote stage of the ordering process and on your order confirmation. Suppliers will therefore route your order for delivery within the timescale selected and according to when they are in your delivery postcode area.
The delivery date given on your order confirmation is an on or before date and does not necessarily mean your delivery will be completed on the last date. The suppliers cannot put an order on hold for after the final date or brought forward to accommodate a particular delivery date. The supplier will notify you the day before delivery via text message or email.
Our service charge helps us reinvest in key areas such as improving our website functionality, developing technology, expanding our supplier network, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
