Disappointed

Recommended a friend, no discount as advertised for us or them. Contacted no reply.
Oil service excellent though, but dearer than local competitors at the moment.

Always a great service

Always a great service, easy to order, no problems with delivery and last week delivered a week early. I save monthly into my tank account which makes payment easy too. 10/10

I dealt with the company on behalf of…

I dealt with the company on behalf of my elderly parents who were in need of a more urgent delivery of oil. My father suffers from dementia and , my mother his main carer.
A lady named Maria dealt with my phone call, as I'm named on my parents account. She was exceptionally helpful and sympathetic to our situation. An alternative fuel provider was sought and arranged within 24 hours.
We received excellent service and the delivery was efficient and within time scale.
