Battery is bad
BOIFUN 2K WiFi Video Doorbell Camera.worked decent for about a year, some delay on the video and sometimes weeks without notification on mobile phone, but for the price we dealt with it, but the battery going down fast after a year , went from 3/4 month battery charge to only 2/3 weeks real fast , now on the 2 years "anniversary" battery barely last 2/3 days.
Spend a bit more and get one that works all of the time

Bad customer experience
We bought a Boifun camera and the screen barely reached 5-6 meters, which was useless. I had to pay for the return and send pictures of the reboxing etc, I posted back the parcel and they never refunded me for the product, unfortunately I lost the shipping tracking number but they were no help, I am down a camera and over 200 euro.
No meaningful response to solve problem.

Only works when monitor plugged in
Only works when monitor plugged in, looses battery the second you try to move the monitor. Feels really naff and I wouldn’t put my trust in this product. Have been constantly worried it will just turn off and I won’t hear my son. Please invest in something better!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but parents deserve a warning. This baby monitor has several serious safety issues that made me stop using it after.
First, the device overheats, the monitor became hot to the touch, reading 40 degrees (our babies room was not 40 degrees) I shouldn’t have to worry about a basic baby product posing a fire risk.
Second, the wireless signal constantly drops, sometimes for minutes at a time. During two separate outages, the audio feed froze while my baby was crying in the next room. A baby monitor that can’t reliably transmit sound defeats its entire purpose.
Finally, the included power cord feels flimsy and disconnected multiple times while I was sleeping. Thankfully I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed.
Overall, this monitor caused more stress than peace of mind. For something meant to keep a child safe, this product falls dangerously short. I strongly suggest looking for a more reliable and secure option.
I’m really impressed with this baby…
I’m really impressed with this baby monitor! The setup was quick, the picture and sound are crystal clear, and the night vision works perfectly. I love that I can pan and zoom the camera remotely, and the notifications are reliable without being overwhelming. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can check on my little one anytime from the monitor or my phone. Worth every penny!
I read a few reviews before purchasing…
I read a few reviews before purchasing this product and did see that some had experiences where the product stopped working and the customer service wasn’t great. Despite this I went ahead and ordered and find my self unfortunately in the same predicament. The camera element has stopped working. I’ve sent a video in as requested it’s now been nearly 3 week with no response despite the screen clearly stuck on 3 years warranty. It would seem from the other reviews that is true that this product only seems to manage around a year so I would definitely look into alternative products as I will not have to purchase another as the 3 year warranty isn’t worth the screen it’s written on.
Customer Support have been very helpful
I have a double baby monitor from Boifun which I also have warranty for. I had some issues with 2 of the 3 chargers stopping working and I contacted Boifun support who were very good at responding and trying to solve the issue professionally. They have been quick to respond and I didnt feel like i was being ignored or lost at who to speak with like some other companies so I was pleasantly surprised.
3 year warranty not fulfilled
Meant to have 3 year warranty but nothing done if within that and you have a fault.

camera and setup not working
We bought the camera for our infant but are pretty unhappy with it as it is not working after few months and the signal is going on and off and now has completely stopped working. We are completely frustrated with it
Overall, happy enough
Early days I had an issue with the monitor not charging and contacted customer service, I was very frustrated with their communication until Vivian step in. She was very helpful in resolving my issues with excellent communication.
The camera itself has a good image and works fine with the app. Ideally the camera could look down further so it can look into the baby's cot, but the aesthetic is very nice.

Customer service claim they provide warranty. Initially your email to activate this will be responded to. However if you have a problem, which we encountered after 4 months, they will not reply. I have spent over 2 months trying to get in touch with them just to get ignored. Our monitor stopped working due to issues with charging. I emailed several times and got nothing back. I emailed off a different account pretending I was activating another camera and was replied to the next day. However when I responded back telling them about the fault, my emails were ignored again. I’ve tried contacting on the website and on the app and no one listens. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT IS UNRELIABLE JUST LIKE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM.

Our monitor failed within the warranty period and we’ve been unable to get a response from anyone. We've sent multiple emails which appears to be the only contact option — no replies whatsoever. It feels like the company doesn't exist when you need support. Avoid at all costs.
Lack of communication
Customer service initially replied and then it got "escalated to senior staff" and we've heard nothing for 4 weeks now despite chasing. We need a camera so are looking at buying another brand which isn't fair.
Expect the monitor to last 5 months
Baby monitor stopped charging after 5 months, Amazon sent a replacement, the replacement lasted 6 months before having the same issue. Amazon are now refusing to replace and despite initial contact from Boifun I’ve heard nothing since. Warranty clearly means nothing to them
Biofun baby monitor Model Baby2S
Biofun baby monitor Model Baby2S. FCCID. 2AG7BABY1M. Purchased 9th August 2023. Didn't use it until mid 2024. Now a year later it is no longer working at all. Firstly it started cutting connection several times throughout the day, every day. Camera stopped working, cannot access settings to try and fix because system won't turn on. It has driven me mad. I purchased mine from Amazon and low and behold this model is no longer available to purchase or complain about so got in touch with Boifun directly and heard nothing back even though it is still under warranty. Disgraceful.
Disappointed – Faulty Screen and Poor Replacement Process
I bought this baby monitor mainly because it offered a dedicated screen, so I wouldn't have to keep an app open and freeze my phone during use. Unfortunately, the screen I received was faulty — it wouldn't turn on properly, battery died within an hour, and there was no sound even at full volume.
When I contacted support, they made the replacement process unnecessarily complicated, even though I am more than happy to send the faulty unit back. On top of that, there is no option to buy a separate screen — even if I wanted to pay for it myself, they only sell complete sets with cameras, which I don’t need as I already have three cameras.
The app works well, but using it constantly freezes my phone, which defeats the purpose of buying a system with a separate monitor. Very disappointed overall, especially after specifically choosing this brand to avoid these issues.
