No problems encountered. The site supports different payment option, among them ideal. Package arrived within the expected time frame for pickup. I got what I ordered.

Bad behind-the-scenes stock keeping monitoring system.
I waited a long time for a product to be in stock and immediately bought it when I was notified. Only for a day later to get an e-mail which said the product was not in stock. Unacceptable in 2021. Don’t you have automated stock systems? I wonder what other IT systems they don’t have in control.

Although there was a long wait time( August 20 until Dec 6!!) for an out of stock item, the turn around for receiving the product after ordering was 24 hours. I have no problems with ordering from them again but see maybe the availability of certain items an issue that may make it easier to order elsewhere.

The value for the money was not so great, and the 'free sample' of whey protein had unhealthy ingredients. The size of the items were surprisingly small for how much they cost.
