The products are exactly as ordered, well packaged, shipped on time but unfortunately DHL is terrible at deliveries. I was home on the day of the delivery, but they decided to leave my package with the neighbour. The message sent to me also indicated the wrong house number which made me look ridiculous when I went to pick up my package.

Ordered on Saturday night, got everything on Monday morning. Everything perfect!

I've been purchasing my kids' paediatrician-recommended probiotics and vitamins from Bono for a couple of years now. I love how comprehensive their catalogue of quality products is. Shipping is quick and seamless, so even if we ran out of a specific product, we know we can reorder it and receive it within just a day or two. Plus, the discounts that Bono offers on bulk purchases always come handy!

I give them 5 stars because it seems to be the only shop posting the expiry date of the products they sell. Reliable shop, delivery is not always next day but it is fine with me. Prices are also competitive.

Ordered supplements 2 weeks ago, I still didnt get it. They didnt even say sorry and didnt reach out to inform. Apparently it was labeled wrong that is why it took so long.

I’ve ordered a calcium ascorbate vitamine C powder to protect my sensitive stomach and still being able to take vitamin c without having stomach problems. It is working perfectly. I don’t experience any stomach sensitivity. The delivery was super quick and efficient.
