I have had no problems with this website at all. They have provided me with my clothing I have paid for, they stay in contact with me throughout the delivery process and I cannot fault them at all. They are very kind and supportive and reply (due to me living in the UK) typically around 24-48 hours. I recommend the website the clothing is great and manufactured perfectly good material.

- No refund or returns possible.
- Items are not the same as on the picture
- No communication possible (they don't reply and ignore you)
- They recruit young girls on Instagram as ambassadors. That's the way how they make money.
- Good reviews are from those ambassadors, so they can get a discount. Be careful what you read.

DO NOT BUY OF THIS COMPANY!

They messaged me on instagram asking me to become an Influencer. They told me once i brought a product they would activate my discount code.

I bought two items one being sunglasses and nother being a swimming costume. I spent £28 pounds on the sunglasses and £45 on the swim suit. i spent £73 all together.

I made my order at the beginning of June we are now two weeks into July. I have emailed over and over again and they keep telling me be patient and wait. Once we hit July i asked for a refund as i had waited a month and i no longer wanted the goods as it has caused so mucbh stress.

They keep READING my messages but no reply. On instergram you can see once your message as been opened.

I would just like a refund as i never recived my goods. I have just read through other reviews and by the looks of it will be due to be getting blocked and ignored.

I have also sent emails but no reply.

If you ask me its all a SCAM to get your money but never get your goods!!

Customer service is friendly and sweet! It took 4 weeks for my order but i thinks its acceptable due to covid. They made me feel special and welcome. I told them that i was a little frustrated because my order was slow and they made sure that i won't feel scammed because internet is a scary place. You should keep your customer service staff cause they're doing a great job. Anyways, my dress came and wow the wait was worthy. I love it. The fit is really awesome and I'm living for it. I'll purchase another one soon! Excited to get featured ❤️❤️❤️

I actually bought from this company (the blush label boutique) and now they’re denying me of my refund. I spent about £30 and they have left me on read multiple times this whole week. The item is too small or anyone really it’s just not wearable. They ignore emails too and there’s nothing to call them on. After messaging on instgram , they will purposely ignore you and post other ‘ambassadors’. Please do not buy from this company or any of them for that fact. I’m absolutely devastated by my treatment. At the end of the day I’m still a paying customer and this is how they treat someone who was technically doing them a favour. If you don’t want to be disappointed please please please resist from buying here.

Update:
I started commenting under the posts because they kept ignoring me. They then BLOCKED ME. What kind of business blocks a PAYING customer before even discussing options with them. I still have no idea on how to do a return because I’m blocked and I’ll never find out I guess. However I did get my refund after a long battle And legal assistance!! I was blocked before any options were discussed and blocked before Even Refunding me. Im still prepared to give them the item back but I have no way of contacting them now.

Regardless of getting the refund or not, the process I went through was completely unacceptable and not necessary especially knowing others have been treated with respect so why was I different? Type in this company in youtube and the first thing that comes up is scam videos. As far as I’m concerned I don’t owe this company anything. I’m here to tell you the raw harsh truth about my experience. To truly Avoid it, do not even bother purchasing from them. Not worth the risk.

I love this shop,I ordered a dress last month and it was even adorable in person! they ship on time and the product quality is awesome!

I was asked to become a representative of the brand and had to order some clothing to get the chance. It took nearly 2 months for it to arrive which was awful on its own. I also ordered in a size small and it’s no where near a small! More like a large! So I emailed a complaint and they still haven’t got back to me after a week and I also messaged their Instagram account about it which they haven’t replied from either. Awful customer service and quality and sizing. Would not recommend.

I made an online purchase from this store based in Belfast, I ordered several dresses all were a great fit and fantastic quality. They arrived 2 days after purchase and delivery was free, I would most certainly recommend this company to anyone!
