Regular customer in Blush boutique on the Lisburn rd and always find the staff so knowledgeable and helpful. Their stock is amazing, something for every occasion. Disappointing reading the reviews on this site as they definitely do not reflect this store at all, in actual fact they seem to be referring to some other store that must be called Blush. I would highly recommend this store and advise anyone reading these reviews to ignore and visit the store as I’m confident you too will disagree with them.

Terrible customer service. Product quality is poor. Waiting for instructions to return a product but no response. Feeling scammed by this company

I returned my item within the 2-week refund window via first class, recorded delivery. It’s now been a month, and I have received no refund and no communication whatsoever. I’ve sent three emails and two Facebook messages, all of which have been ignored. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Spent a substantial amount in this store on MOTB. Yes the staff are very friendly and helpful. They hire headwear - I booked mine for 2 weeks as the wedding is overseas. Realising it was unsuitable I sought to cancel the hire - no refund, then yes, store credit but on production of receipt 'to show outgoing' this is a hire not a product being returned. I won't even bother looking for receipt, surely they know the hire cost. Any other store I visited for this purpose deducted the booking fee from the overall cost if you bought, not so here and not a penny discount. My loss I guess, but I won't be shopping here or recommending it.

I recently purchased from Blush Boutique and, while the experience had its ups and downs, I can give them 4 stars overall. The selection of outfits is beautiful, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful in-store, as I saw firsthand during a family shopping trip. However, online communication could be improved—there were delays with responses, and I didn’t get updates on my order as promptly as I’d hoped. Despite some hiccups, I’d still recommend them for their stunning pieces and unique designs.

BEWARE they do not offer refunds, only store credit. They do list this on their website under the return policy, but I did not check this before spending money on several oversized sweaters that had "great" reviews, only to find the sweater is like a 3XL and I ordered a S/M... My own fault for not reading the policy FIRST, but who does this with online shopping? Anyway, customer service wouldn't budge on the policy, so now I have a $250 credit I may never use. Just be cautious when online shopping at this store.

Scam. I was sent a terrible dress. I was told I could return it. I sent it back and now she will not respond to be and will not refund me. This website is a scam. Any positive review cannot be real.

Ordered a pair of faux leather trousers and they are not faux leather, and very
poor quality into the bargain!!!!!

I order a kimono and I receive a bracelet and nobody answer me at emails and there is no way through the side to send it buck and refund. They are scammers!

I ordered a sweat shirt and have taken payment . 7 days later still no confirmation of my order or delivery .
When you try to contact them it’s an automated email and you can’t actually speak to anybody . Customer service is shocking .

Amazing customer service from Eileen. We went to get an outfit for my mother for mother of the groom and the ladies were so helpful & knowledgeable. Beautiful dresses and great options.

Clothing doesn’t look like the photo’s cheap shoddy and is delivered from China.
I know it’s cheap, but if you aren’t going to wear it it’s just a rip off

Absolutely shocking service from this company. If I could leave zero stars I would, however the system will not allow me to do that. I ordered and paid for an item on the website only to receive an email several days later to say there was a mistake on the system and the item I had ordered was out of stock. After waiting several weeks for a refund, the company deducted the postage and packing I had paid, despite never receiving the item in the first place! No response from customer service, despite several emails sent, so I paid £4.95 postage and packing for an item that wasn't even in stock!

Ordered to dresses on 23/8/22 parcel arrived 3/9/22.
Both dresses were lovely price of each dress £20 which I thought was good value but one look awful on me so decided to return today.
Checked on website to see how to do return it stated that you should do tracked and sign for parcel.
I nearly fell on the floor to be told by post office it would cost £7:25 to return the one item.
Have returned item still in shock.
With paying for postage delivery and postage to return item comes to £10:50 halve the price of the dress so now would definitely think about ordering again from this company due to the charges
