Super happy with Blue Star Coffee. I placed an order that was not fulfilled correctly. In the packaging there was a card with a QR code to scan if there were any issues. I scanned it, typed what the issue was and it was immediately corrected. I could not be happier with their service. They have a repeat customer for sure

Excellent service. Gerald has been fantastic at helping me purchase several parts for a Fiorenzato grinder as well as other items.
Prices are by far the cheapest I have seen. Delivery was very prompt and packaged up safely. I would highly recommend this firm for any coffee related purchases.

Finding a double shot basket for my 47mm portafilter.
Finding the particular part for
my vintage espresso machine could not have been easier. I received it here in the U.S. as quickly as something from any of the coffee specialty retailers here. (None of whom had it, or at least provided adequate details to determine if they did).

Great service and pricing
I purchased a basket for my machine's portafilter, pricing of the item and international delivery was very appealing and service was way above anything I would expect.
Delivery was also super fast, I got the item in just over a week.
