Called in for help before I made my engagement ring purchase. Sylvia C, the customer service agent helped me through the whole process. She was super-patient, helpful and was with me on the phone for 45 minutes. Explained everything and made great suggestions.
Ring came earlier than expected. Couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Will be coming back for the wedding bands. Thank you.

Terrible. The ring didn't fit and there was nothing that Blue Nile could do about it because I got it engraved. At first I dealt with AI customer service and eventually I got a person who said the same thing... I had to go to a local jeweler and get them to stretch out the ring. I should've just bought the ring in person instead of trying to do it online.

Too many times I have been disappointed by Bluenile. Once again, ordered an item claiming to be “ready to ship” and arriving before Mother’s Day. And once again, the day it is supposed to ship, I am informed it will not ship for another 2 days, the Friday before Mother’s Day and arriving after. My advice, shop elsewhere. Customer service is also really poor.
Edited to add reply: your customer service chat rep was very rude. This was for a chain advertised “by James Allen”. Not sure what BN jeweler needed to finish up. This was advertised as “ready to ship by Mothers Day”.

Very good food. Very delicious. And great staff. I recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic food.
Very cute atmosphere.

Prices are good. Had some trouble with payment at first (from my end), but customer service was prompt and effective in sorting that out. Delivery was on time. Final products are of great quality.

I placed my order over the phone directly with an assessor and they entered the wrong size. Yes I did not review before I clicked the link to pay, but this is where the problem started. The “free” hassle free return to have it resized had a $15 charge when I went to pick it up plus the original presentation box wasn’t there. The instructions for the return said to send it back in that box. when I reached out through email to ask about the box, I was told they don’t send them back and if I want I could buy one. When I asked about the return policy, I was told I can’t return anymore cause I altered the size of the ring and that’s it nothing else. Poor customer service, especially Kristine Albright. I still cannot understand how they don’t send the original presentation box back to you. Did they save that much on shipping by sending it in a slightly smaller box of cardboard? I would’ve paid the extra shipping costs just to get that original box back it was very nice. Ruined my whole experience I would never tell anyone to shop here.

Products arrived and were exactly as pictured. The quality of the products was exceptional. Beautiful jewelry, I don't think these will be my last purchases from Blue Nile.

I've upgraded my earrings twice now and was fortunate enough to have been helped by Krista P. as my diamond expert. Her knowledge and expertise allowed me to choose a pair of diamond studs, maximizing sparkle and beauty while staying within my budget. Her responsiveness and follow-through was much appreciated as she was always keeping me in the loop as far as the process. The wait this time around was quite long, though I was warned by Krista, taking about 6 weeks vs 3 weeks from my first upgrade. I will say, I assume its because this pair was larger than my previous, the packaging was phenomenal and a pleasant surprise. The presentation screamed luxury, as you would expect with 2 ctw diamond studs. I cannot rave enough about my experience thanks to Krista as she definitely played the biggest role is ensuring my satisfaction. I do hope she gets the recognition as it is well deserved as I am so appreciative of her dedication to providing such an exceptional experience.

I am a retail executive - spent my career in making sure customers get best possible experience in store. I have to say, Austin location of Blue Nile misses the mark on customer service on so many fronts. All it would take is for you to go shop at LV, YSL or Nordstrom shop at Domain - you will find a much more courteous and welcoming staff.

I had such a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Blue Nile to anyone looking to buy a quality piece of jewelry. The customer service was top notch. I was able to chat live with an expert and get immediate assistance for accurate sizing information. I even had to return my first ring and that experience was also excellent. 5+ stars!

I am writing to report a very concerning experience with my recent diamond purchases through Blue Nile.
My first order was for a 1.06 carat diamond, which I arranged to pick up in-store. During the appointment, the staff attempted to locate the GIA inscription on the diamond but were unable to find it, even after several hours of inspection.
Due to this issue, I agreed to replace the stone with a larger 1.21 carat diamond. However, the same problem occurred again. During the second visit, I agreed to return to the store after the staff made calls to confirm the location of the inscription on the diamond. Despite this additional effort and follow-up, the staff still could not locate any inscription on the stone, even though the accompanying certificate indicates that it should be inscribed.
This repeated issue has significantly impacted my confidence in the accuracy and quality assurance of the products I received. At this point, I am requesting a clear explanation for why the GIA inscriptions could not be found on either diamond, as well as verification of the authenticity of both stones.
I would appreciate a prompt response addressing the following:
Confirmation that both diamonds match their respective GIA certificates
An explanation for the missing inscriptions
Independent verification of the stones’ authenticity
The steps Blue Nile will take to resolve this issue
Given the seriousness of this matter, I am seeking a resolution as soon as possible.

The representative that I worked with was very helpful and took great care of us picking out an engagement ring

Received ring and after 3 days a diamond fell out. Had to return for repairs. Really disappointed and makes me wonder of the overall quality of the ring.
Received an update. Inspection of the ring is taking 3-4 weeks and the repair turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. This is an almost $30k ring. Very frustrating.

I purchased diamond earrings and the backs never worked. My studs kept falling out. I tried endlessly to get them to replace them. When I finally got someone to call me they said it would cost $800 to fix it. I explained they were always insecure and never worked. The answer I got was- we buy in bulk and customer service isn’t our thing. I will never buy anything from them again!

Customer service, quick shipping, had to ship it back immediately for a size change, and they made it right, and received the replacement within 2 weeks.

Stay away, there are way better places to purchase jewellry. I bought diamond studs, within a few months the back fell apart, and they offered no help even though they say lifetime warranty, it's a complete lie. they are rude, products is crap and I will never shop there an ensure no one else does either.

It was a family affair. We are so grateful to Michelle's patience and expertise in helping me find my pieces. Love that we have a showroom close to us! Definitely recommend Blue Nile in Paramus!
