Perhaps I shouldnt be advertising this but I wouldnt want anyone else to be cheated. Customer service responded very quickly but they have absolutely no insurance to cover fraud cases and no means of preventing it. Ok not wise on my part as one is dependent on honesty. I did not take out the relatively expensive postage protection in relation to the item I purchased and never received. I am disappointed and feel cheated that there is absolutely no come back. Please beware of a seller with an Italian name in Helsingborg.

No response from the customer support.
I handed the situation to MI L N E CAP IT A L' IO they sorted it.

They are now hiring people to boost reviews for customers, and you need to invest your own money via crypto.. does this sound good for you?

I want to move back to Sweden and am trying to buy a house there to use first as a holiday home and later to retire there. Contrary to EU Law, Blocket refuses service to anyone else but Swedish residents because they insist on owning a Swedish phone number.

Others already complained about this here but it's such a huge problem (and an inconvenience and possibly a financial loss to the sellers as well) that also I want to complain.

They arbitrarily take down ADs, and when they do they don't refund!

Blocket would have a clear structure and a wide range of offers. However, registration is only possible with a Schibset. And that's where the backwoods begins. Schibset only allows an account with Scandinavian mobile phones. Since Blocket asber cuts his own flesh!

I´ve sold so many things in Blocket and even baught some times, I think Blockets customer service is just great and it´s not their fault if the sellers don´t answer and/or what ever! It´s the sellers fault if they don´t answer. We´ve sold lots of things many years to usually the first one that contacts & comes and I really have been seen plenty of buyers who call & say thay´ll come & bye in an hour or two & you wait but many of them don´t come !!!! They don´t even bother to call or send a messige that they´ve chanched their mind aso! So there are lots of bad buyers but Blocket is a great sight to sell & buy & We´ve done it from the 80´s :))) TY Blockets customer service for great service always when we need. I have been very patient with Blocket's customer support. But after being sent to the 4th person, having to repeat my original request one more time - which by now has been ghosted, misunderstood, and finally rudely rejected, I look back to 4 days of wasted time I will never get back. At this point, it is my duty to let other customers know: don't bother with Blocket's customer support. They won't help you. Comfortable monopolies losing sight of their customers tend to fail eventually.

Beware that if you sell more than one item on Blocket you are liable to be classified as a legal entity by Blocket. This means you have to sell your items as a legal entity/company and oblige to consumer laws that are applicable to legal entities/companies/businesses. There is no objective criteria to determine if you are a legal entity it is up to the support desk employee to determine that. If you refuse to disguise yourself as a legal entity (because you are not a legal entity/company/business) you will be banned from the site. Blocket tries to force you to advertise as a legal entity even though you cannot oblige to consumer laws. It is a breach of their own policy:

"Blocket "Private Ads" is for use by individuals authorized to enter into contracts as set forth above in these Terms of
Use.
Blocket "Company Ads" is for businesses. Blocket reserves the right to determine when an ad is business-like. The
following are categorized as companies:
Legal entities
Advertiser with goods sold with deductible VAT
Business advertisers undertake to comply with consumer protection laws (including the Consumer Purchase Act, the
Consumer Services Act and the Price Information Act) and the General Complaints Board's recommendations."

If you try to reason with the support desk these are the answers you will get:

Change to "Company" (Företag) in your ad, and it will be approved and published. You do this by changing the ad and clicking in "Company" (Företag) instead of "Private" (Privat) at the top of the ad form.

Note that this can only be done via a computer, as the mobile platform does not support the insertion of business ads.

Even if you post ads as a private individual, they should be added as a company if the sale is perceived to be to an extent that exceeds what is considered a hobby activity.They're not about what the ad looks like or that your ad looks like a company ad.

The Blocket’s rule document states, among other things: "Declaration of sales:
The income from single sales for example sales of goods and services are you not required to declare, you do not need to include in the income tax return if the total profit is less than 50 000 SEK. However, if you sell goods regularly, you should include the income in your tax return regardless of whether you have earned a lot or some money.You report your income as a hobby or as an economic activity, depending on the purpose of the business and its extent.Read more at the Swedish Tax Agency."

In plain and simple, your ads have been rejected because of the amount of Bicycle accessories ads you have published.

To answer your question, we do not have a fixed amount limit of how many ads you can create before you are considered 'business like' our review departement do individual assessments in every case.

As my colleagues have mentioned, we will not accept any private ads for bicycle accessories, if you want to publish them, you will have to create a 'company ad'

Got scammed from some user who sends fake links through blocket messenger , poor protection service for the costumber, i told blocket about it and they reply
"It is an attempt at fraud where they contact our customers either via SMS or through the messaging function, we of course block the user/advertiser immediately!
We are working with our IT department to take down these fake links.
I recommend that you ignore any further conversation with this sender." one day after the user or blocket took down the ad... many people got scammed in the meantime

They have horrible customer service who knows nothing. Don't try blocket shipping with them. I got cheated with blocket shipping and customer service didn't help me at all.

Now they demand strong identity verification - with bank-id, but I do not trust them enough, not even close, to let them know for sure - and potentially share this knowledge with others - that the account's personal data is indeed mine.

Blocket kundcenter only work for their own personal interests.
There is no confidentiality for customer information.
They do not abide by the terms of GPDR.

the site is littered with scammers, i paid for a telephone from someone who had an ad on the site.
took the money and never heard from them again.
the customer service is worst than anything you can ever imagine. no one communicates with you if there is a problem. i wish i could give this company no star. its just a complete disgrace that they are allowed to operate. the government does nothing about them since they are only intrested in collecting taxes. and the police dont give a crap. do not do business on this site!!!!!!!!!!!!
