The open trap bar I ordered was badly made and finished. I cut myself putting it together, and when I complained, I was told it’s made by a third party and it’s within the tolerance they supplied.
They would not replace it, and told me I could return it at my own cost if I wished.

Thanks for your message and feedback
We email our clients with the delivery information at least 2 days before your order id due for delivery. Within this email is a copy of the terms and conditions which states that;
"If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing info@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges."
This is due to the fact we use 3rd party courier services who would apply this charge, which is passed onto the client.

BLK BOX Glute Ham Roller is excellent. You can tell from the weight of the delivery package it's a solid piece of kit and it rolls effortlessly. I've seen cheaper but by the reviews, they don't glide properly. Great alternative if you don't have access to a hamstring curl machine. Delivered in 2 days.

5star experience as expected. I return to Blkbox again and again as it offers a wide range of equipment at a competitive price. I purchased competition ring this time and very happy with the product.
