I don’t know what’s happened but BLKBOX have gone AWOL.

This is the second time I’m leaving a review for BLKBOX and I think unfortunately it will be the last time I order from them.

I ordered a product on 28th July and still haven’t received it. Order status from courier reads ‘waiting on clearance’, so I haven’t a clue what’s happening.

I’ve contacted BLKBOX through their instant messenger, which just creates an email enquiry so don’t believe the ‘respond with 8 minutes’. A day later I got an automated email explaining BLKBOX had received my enquiry and it would take up to 48hours for the courier to respond.

Its been 72 hours and I’ve sent an email chaser to BLKBOX but I haven’t had a response. I tried calling their customer service and waited 20 minutes and it went to voicemail.

If I don’t receive a response soon, my only option will be to raise a chargeback with my bank.

Purchased 12.5kg and 15kg singles during sale. Approximately 60.00 spent. Very happy with them so far. They seem sturdy and good quality. I didn't like that they had a thin oily coating applied

Overall BLK Box kit is really well made and looks great in the gym.
I have their bumper plate benches, two tier kettlebell rack and utility rail.
Where BLK Box dropped the ball in my experience is packing and practicality.
Almost every piece arrived scratched and in some cases dented due to very poor packing for shipping. In their defense they graciously offered me a discount on future orders as recompense.
I have their Landmine attachment for the utility rail as I wanted one that looked professional not just the usual drop in type. Unfortunately, it lacks a securing bolt so with inexperienced clients the bar pops out - now put a bunjee cord on for safety - mars the professional look of my gym.
I would buy again from BLK Box but look more closely at the practicality of the equipment and hope they packaged it more thoroughly than in my experience.

Good quality items and speedy delivery.

I really like the equipment that I ordered and it fits perfectly in the small space that I have. The instructions online were easy enough to follow to assemble.
There was very limited information about delivery etc. I had to phone customer service a couple of times, customer service could be better.

Service was excellent from Blk Box! very helpful indeed as there was a fault with the skipping rope I ordered which was really the manufacturers fault but customer service at Blx box send me a replacement cable as a gesture of goodwill & I really appreciated it!
