I was looking for a Miniature Schnauzer themed gift for my cousin as a thank you gift which also incorporated her love of her garden. I searched Etsy and found this Schnauzer hanging basket bracket, which was perfect! I ordered it on the Sunday and it arrived at their door on the Tuesday and by Wednesday it was proudly hanging at the front of their farmhouse in pride of place and they absolutely love it.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this small and very friendly business to everyone, you won’t be disappointed!

Having searched various shops and websites I came across a lovely mosaic bistro set with this company. Good price and quality sounded good. As I was going away and didn't want to miss the opportunity of the discounted price I phoned the company and spoke to Sue who was very helpful and said she would hold my order and despatch ready for delivery on my return. The bistro set arrived as promised and I can honestly say I am delighted with my purchase. Its lovely and sturdy of a very high quality and looks good in my garden. Really quick, well packaged delivery of beautiful ceramic daffodils. Very well made, lovely flowers with wire stems which can be cut down to size easily and moved into different orientation. Will likely order more! Ordered via Etsy - great service from Rhiannon.

We found Black Country Metal Works by chance while looking for a large kadai for our new garden. The customer service from Sue was brilliant from start to finish. The kadai itself is stunning and has become the main centerpiece of our garden layout. We love it so much we are now waiting for the matching tripod to finish the look. Highly recommended!

I was looking to purchase a garden table parasol and while looking on line I came across Black Country Metal Works so I got in touch with them and spoke to Holly Copeland with customer sales she was great and ordered one and it was delivered to myself in good condition in Aberdeen Scotland within seven day’s.

I have received 2 pieces of wall art, both delivered really quickly and packaged securely. Great additions to my garden, I love them, will use again for gifts for my family, I recommend this seller.

Ordered a trivet from them at Etsy for my iron cast tea pot. They are exactly what you see in the pictures description and are sturdy and well crafted. Fitted the teapot very well and am very satisfied with the quality and aesthetics.

I ordered a small wooden stool to put plants on- it was easy to order and arrived the next day to my surprise! It is beautifully hand crafted with a chunky look, extremely good quality, the perfect size and has a reclaimed appearance with lovely paint effects. I love it, thank you!

The sculpture that I ordered was damaged on delivery. Holly Copeland took extra care to ensure that a replacement was sent promptly and with additional packaging to ensure that it arrived safely. It is now installed in our garden and makes a lovely feature.

I ordered a bistro table and chair set on 20th June. When ordering it stated next day delivery or if ordering on a weekend, 2-3 days. Nearly 5 weeks later and no delivery. I have emailed twice with no response. Unable to reach anyone on the phone. I have emailed to advise that I now wish to cancel this order as I have bought the same set elsewhere. Which came next day. Absolutely awful customer service. I just hope this order doesn't come now, as other customers on here have advised that they have had to sort out their own collection.

Just ordered my statue

We discussed the details of the item and also had a lovely chat about my reason for purchase and where the statue will be placed

I live about 5 hrs away but will be visiting the centre in a couple of months

This was an anniversary gift,it was well made and looks lovely sat in the recipients garden. Delivery was speedy came the day after it was ordered. Very impressed.

I ordered a hot pink mail box and it is sublime! It looks fantastic outside my front door. As it was completely affordable I was wondering what the quality would be like . I was not disappointed, it looks and feels substantial! Even the postman loves it!!
