Excellent service

Excellent service, the garage was ready for the car at the appointed time. Was given a time for collection and it was ready to be picked up, no waiting at either end.

All good.

Firstly Blackcircles was the only place I could find a matching staggered set of tyres and the bonus is i could select the fitter which for years has been my favourite, that's Mr Tyre in Lincoln. Dead easy.

Cancelled date and time for my tyres…

I booked a date and time for my tyres to be fitted, then I got a email to say garage could not fit the tyres on date and booked an alternative date, which wasn't convenient as I was working. I tried to book another date online but couldn't, I phoned blackcircles customer service and they booked another date and different garage. The whole point in of booking with blackcirles was for my convenience my date my time. The customer service I spoke to was very helpful and got the job done.
