I recently purchased a product and am having some issues with the return. I checked for help on their website but found no answer. I then proceeded to conttact them through the link om their website. I got no reply after a week. I then sent another mail, and it has now been three business days since my second attempt of contacting them without any reply. I have recieved 0 help and therefore am unable to complete the return.

I buy nearly all my training clothes from Bjorn Borg. The quality is great, the clothes have all been long-lasting and the fit is as expected.

A great company and quality of products as well fast and welcoming customer service.

Ordered a pair of shoes on 3rd Jan, still not received delivery. The contact form on their website is not working, so tried emailing but so far no response. Not terribly promising I have to say.

Not at all happy with Bjorn Borg underwear. They always seem to get holes in the cruch area on or around the seem. This has happened with all my Bjorn Bjorg underwear and reading the reviews already sent. This now seems to be the norm. Not good quality and expensive for what they are!

This was my initial review. "Wrong size sent and wrong colours. Trying to sort it out required multiple photos of their postage packing which of course hadn't been kept. They took no responsibility. No follow up. Too hard. Gave up. "

Second time around they sorted this out efficiently and politely so good come back and appreciated.

Thank you to Lina, she assisted me in the process. This is the best customer service I've had in a long time. Thank you I know I can shop with peace of mind with Björn Borg.

Very disappointed regarding the lack of upfront transparency regarding shipping costs. My order total exceeded the free delivery price but as it was an international shipment their shipper charged over 15% of the total order value as a "customs clearance service fee". This is absolutely something that Bjorn Borg can assess and add to the international order process to allow me to assess the value for a purchase.

I gave my boyfriend a black swimming costume from this brand a few months ago for his birthday. Worn it for the first time last week at a friends pool. The Borg logo on the side of the swimming costume has faded completely after just one use and the whole side of the swimming costume has been stained. I haven't seen anything of worse quality.

Product wise, think all their lines including underwear, casual and sport are great . The quality is good and it looks fantastic ! It's one of those items where the same size you normally order fits which is great 👍 I wish you could include more two in one running shorts as currently seen only one option on the website.
