Not that impressed to be honest poor quality performance boxers they role up every minute they offer no support if anything I would want a refund they are so overrated for what they are! I expected better..

I've had enough with Björn Borg's underwear, unfortunately. Love the designs, but as other reviewers have said the quality is nowhere near what it used to be - most pairs now only last a few months before ending up with a hole either in the crotch or near the waistband. I would expect much greater durability for the price.

Never trust this company. They deduct your money but never deliver the packet. I never received a tracking number from the start and now , they just advise that the "parcel successfully delivered to your address"

Have bought Bjorn Borg underwear for nearly 10 years now - the quality is simply not what it used to be.

Underwear would last 2 years previously, now after 6-12 months every single pair will have a hole in the crotch, or worn elastic.

I'm sad to say I'm going to begin looking elsewhere - a shame since I really love their designs!

The cost for the quality delivered is simply not worth it anymore.

Bjorn boxers used to be higher quality. They changed the materials, the elastic and where they are made. Ordered some recently and some of the stitching is falling apart. Really?? these things are not cheap. I’m sure that doesn’t happen all the time and was a one-off, but quality control is important.

Update - After writing this review, Bjorn responded right away and arranged for a new product. Great customer service!!!

This complaint is agaist the brand quality.

After many years of wearing BB shorts, with okay quality, it's absolutely over now.

Bought half a year ago 3X3 box, and again just over a few months ago.
All quality have completely disappeared, out of the 18 pairs there are 3 left, and they are in poor condition.
The thread, yes, because there is only one, holding elastic and trousers together, breaks without any kind of hard impact, the stitching in the trousers itself breaks too, everything falls apart. The fabric itself, and also the elastic, have become wildly thin, but do not have time to fall apart before the stitches in the trousers have fallen apart.

Do yourselves a favor, save the expensively paid money, and buy another product, Bjorn Borg boxer shorts are worthless!!!

Altogether I have purchased 14 boxer shirt underwear from Bjorn Borg and I’m lucky if I have 5 left. Purchased 6 in October ‘21 and 8 in April ‘22.

I have had to throw out numerous pairs as they all split at the crotch seam. At around €10 per boxer you would expect them to last. Cheap supermarket boxers have lasted me years but these I didn’t even get 6 months out of before you could see how worn and frayed they were at the crotch seam.

Will never buy them again. CK, Ralph Lauren & Tommy Hilfiger ones are much more durable.

Return policy is terrible. 3 to 6 weeks for paying back the returns is unacceptable!!!

Quality of clothing is fine though

Almost in every boxer comes holes after a few months, no more Bjorn borg for me!

There size guide was wrong.

I bought men underwear and it said XS is a 30 waist, I event emailed them and they said I am a 30 waist. It was too tight on me, does not work for a 30 waist. They refunded me as a one time courtesy because I can not return it.

Please do not buy from this company if you are in the UK , I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR GOODS FOR 37DAYS AND STILL NO SIGN OF THEM BUT THEY HAVE TAKEN THE MONEY

I love the boxer shorts just that the delivery times are extremely long (I have order a kitchen from Germany with short delivery time )As they come from Sweden. i would not order from there website.buy from a UK retailer .

Don't buy Bjorn Borg!

Bjorn Borg sneakers (tennisshoes) are made of low grade immitation leather, that makes your feet sweat like crazy.

What quality brand uses this worthless crap.

Very dissapointed.

Bjorn Borg is clearly not a quality brand, but a cheap brand that only wants to make money.

I purchased some holiday pants that I was 'head over heals' for almost 2 months ago. 'I've been waiting for you' for 'so long' but I still have not recieved them.

I've contacted customer service twice and was told the problem lies with DHL and there was clearly nothing they could do. I guess that's 'the name of the game'

I've ordered from other companies from locations in France, Germany and Belgium (hell, even china) and had no issues whatsoever. Whatever the issue is with DHL, I didn't buy from them. They are Björn Borgs chosen delivery method and Björn Borg customers shouldn't be expected to 'take a chance' on them or suffer because of that. Especially when you're paying a lot of 'money money money'. Find another way to 'gimmie gimmie gimmie' my pants.

'S.O.S.' I fly out tomorrow and stll no holiday pants! I'll never order directly from Borg again. I'd even consider getting some slightly worse, more itchy pants from somewhere else in the future.

I feel like this has been going 'On and On and On' and I've had enough.

It's a 'tragedy'.

Since there was no material description on the website, I believed I was ordering something made of cotton but it is not the case.

I placed an order on 04/04 which was created by DHL on 06/04 & received by them on 13/04. Now I know that they state on their website that orders will take longer, however my order has been “on hold” in customs since then according to DHL. I have had communication from Bjorn Borg saying be patient!! A week ago I had an email stating that they had contacted DHL to see what’s happening & I would be contacted when they had received an answer, but no update yet. I have stated that I will not buy again from Bjorn Borg, to which their answer was to give me a £15.00 voucher... I was also told that my shipment had arrived in the uk on 11/05!

No real answers or action from Bjorn Borg so I have resulted to a bad review on Trustpilot, maybe this will move things along

Bought the polyamide boxers, never buying any other kind of boxers again! They're amazing, what every man deserves. Pamper yourselves lads!

Honestly never buy anything else other than Björn Borg underwear. Quality is always good and the fit is perfect for me.
