I have recently taken possession of my first (hopefully of many) food catering PODs from sales manager Matt at Bistro Trailers. The trailer is certainly of enhanced quality (tow bar is much more solid and single piece thus reducing the risk of corrosion) and electrics have individual trip switch fuse board. Further, and crucially, the gas bottle container is conveniently located and appropriately vented which provides excellent safety and piece of mind. I cannot believe that the unit also has its own VIN registration - never seen this before. The Team at Bistro Trailers have been hospitable, courteous and extremely helpful. Finally, I have researched these units for the last 6 months and Bistro Trailer have provided far and away excellent value for money - a premium quality trailer at a competitive price.

We purchased our trailer last year and it was the best decision we have ever made!

It was everything we wanted and more, the quality, detail and effort these guys put into the trailers are everything you could ask for.

We had an issue with our wheels after a couple of months and the guys at bistro trailers were so helpful and efficient in sending more parts to us in Northern Ireland.

If we ever get another trailer we will definitely be back, could not recommend more.

Had our trailer for just under a year now and it was hands the best investment we’ve ever made.

The trailer is well built, smartly put together to suit catering efficiency, but more importantly the customer service is 10/10.

We ourselves accidentally knocked one or two bits of the trailer out of place during busy service, and the Bistro trailer team have replaced items displaced at no extra cost, just due to their kind nature.

They also send you videos via WhatsApp if you are confused about anything to help you use the trailer to your desired needs.

Couldn’t recommend enough, 10/10.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT! ⚠️

Avoid this company at all costs! They sell trailers that are completely different from what they show in the showroom/website. They say it's all working—only for you to find out later that it's a disaster. The trailer I received was missing parts, completely different from what I saw, and worst of all, the electrical wires were all burned! When I called them for support, they told me to bring it back—but I live 8 hours away! What a joke! They clearly don't care about their customers.
And guess what? There are no Google reviews—because they removed them due to too much negative feedback. Unfortunately, I found out too late. Don’t make the same mistake! 🚨Don't waste your money here! 🚨

Went to view a Model P and came home with it the same day. Fantastic accommodating business to deal with. Large showroom that you're free to wander around in displaying nearly all the models they have.

I purchased a mobile food trailer from this company a couple of years ago and it has been fantastic. The build quality is great, and despite getting a lot of use, it has only required very minor maintenance. What really stands out is their customer service. Whenever I’ve needed information or a replacement part, they’ve been very helpful and efficient. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable trailer and great after-sales support.

Fast communications and prompt service, great showroom, a pleasure to deal with.

Ridiculously quick and friendly service. We rang up on Monday to enquire and by Wednesday we had our own catering pod delivered to Norfolk.

We just need to add our equipment and graphics and we're ready to go!

Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly Joel the delivery guy. Wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again.

Really pleased with our Modal P - spacious, sturdy and feels well built. Easily big enough for a small team of three. Big thanks to Bistro Trailers for being accommodating. Minor mishap on delivery date meant spare alloy wheel and free delivery, so well compensated.

I changed the inside lights with some warmer bulbs because they were a bit too cold feeling, and fixed a dimmer switch on the outside LEDS to have more control - quickly becoming the best trailor out there!

Looking forward to starting my new journey with the beast!

Well where do we start this company have been amazing first we went to the show room to have a look at our trailer and ask any questions the was very helpful and answered all my questions we even choose to get delivery of the trailer which the dropped straight of to us 2 hours away 😊 then to top it off we have had the trailer for a year nearly and we need a replacement part which I rang on the day and the sent the part with me the next day which was amazing so thank you guys for an amazing great service The Food Trap HIGHLY RECOMMEND ☺️

I am really happy with the purchase of our trailer for our small catering business. We reviewed and researched other trailers out there and was more confident to go for a brand new trailer, after looking at second hand models. Great showroom with great staff too!
I read the review to say that the electrics might not be UK compliant, but we bought it, got an electrician to check it over and it passed with flying colours! Very happy we didn't believe everything we had read on other reviews!

I was told that they were able to give such good prices because they were manufacturers of trailers. This is false. They are imported from China and don't meet any UK requirements. I was able to spot many faults with the trailers. The welding underneath looked like what I would describe as "bubblegum", surface cracking and insufficient reinforcement. When buying a trailer look underneath for these defects. Please be wary when buying.
