Great service - responsive and reliable. Highly recommend.

They went out of their way to help everytime!

Fantastic company as they continue to help every time I need support. I recently had a problem with the LED strip lights due to the rain during the winter and I needed a spare part to be replaced. I had great support from Bistro Trailers, which ordered for me and send them to me by post. When I opened the parcel I was surprised to se they send me not just one, they send me two, thank you Bistro Trailers. I Highly recommended them.

I spent literally months looking for the right trailer for my mobile coffee business. I came full circle after looking all over the place, and, after reading reviews and speaking with Matt at Bistro, I decided to take the plunge and purchase a Model S trailer pod — without even visiting the showroom. It was a big leap of faith.

Bistro put me in touch with Graham from Gastro Tech, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with what I was buying. He supplied and fitted my coffee machine, installed the powerbank, and carried out the gas safety check — all for a very fair price.

When I collected my trailer, the customer service from both Graham and Bistro Trailers was exemplary. The kind of service you just don’t get very often these days.

That leap of faith has absolutely paid off, and when — not if — I expand and need a second trailer, I already know exactly where I’ll be going.

Would definitely recommend bistro trailers . Really good service from start to finish . Always helpful with anything that I need . Trailers are immaculate.

It's not just the trailer that is great, but the company themselves were exemplary with a couple of niggles (came to us) and generally very supportive even beyond the guarantee period. Genuinely nice outfit!

We certainly researched lots of different companies. We really impressed by the social media coverage of each item which made our selection process easy. The sales team were informative and not pushy. Absolutely delighted with the whole process from start to finish and The Trailer is absolutely fantastic beyond expectation.

The trailer we purchased from Bistro Trailers has been perfect for our needs. Great value for money. We have recently had to enquire about getting some replacement parts for the sink even 2+ years after purchase and the guys at Bistro Trailers sorted it all out for us really quickly. Bought a 5 metre airstream trailer from Bistro Trailers, last year. The finish and durability is excellent and represents excellent value for money. Had an issue with access at an event last year, and I damaged the jockey wheel. Contacted Bistro trailers to ask about size for a replacement, but they provided me with a new one and offered to fit it free of charge. If you want a copy at effective, well made trailer, then you should contact these guys. They couldn’t have been more helpful

Fantastic company. They continue to give advice and help even when out of warranty. I recently needed a new clamp for my A-frame and one was sent down to me within 48 hours even though my warranty had expired. I Highly recommended them.

I had a great experience with Bistro Trailers from start to finish. I organised a viewing and was left on my own to have a look round everywhere without being pressured as I knew what I wanted after spending months looking at alternatives

Any part that I needed to replace (rubber seal round the hatch, new pipe for the drainage etc) was sent without any problems. I messaged about replacing my tap for the one on the newer model, and they just sent me one free of charge!

The only problem I had that needed sorted was that the socket fronts couldn't fit my plugs and have the cover on because they were set back a bit too far, but just got an electrician to add some spacers and it's totally fine

After a year trading in it, I still get people commenting on it. It is a small and perfectly formed little trailer which I love!

They were unbelievably helpful, Matt, was extremely helpful and easy going, no hard sell! And Bogden was ever so knowledgeable and helpful! Can't fault the team at Bistro Trailers. They're communication was tremendous and nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend for anyone who wants a calm, smooth service for their business.

We were really happy with our trailer when it's arrived. Totally recommend Bistro trailers to anyone thinking of making a new purchase for a trailer. Huge thanks to Matt who guided us throughout the sale and gave us plenty of invaluable advise on the function and durability of the trailer. Finally a big shout Joel who assisted us with some last minute minor adaptions to our trailer prior to delivery.

I have recently taken possession of my first (hopefully of many) food catering PODs from sales manager Matt at Bistro Trailers. The trailer is certainly of enhanced quality (tow bar is much more solid and single piece thus reducing the risk of corrosion) and electrics have individual trip switch fuse board. Further, and crucially, the gas bottle container is conveniently located and appropriately vented which provides excellent safety and piece of mind. I cannot believe that the unit also has its own VIN registration - never seen this before. The Team at Bistro Trailers have been hospitable, courteous and extremely helpful. Finally, I have researched these units for the last 6 months and Bistro Trailer have provided far and away excellent value for money - a premium quality trailer at a competitive price.
