I recently instructed Bird & Co for a transfer of equity, and the service provided by Sarah Watson and Kiera Daly was spot on.

As our transaction wasn't a standard property purchase, some of the initial standard instruction forms were a bit tricky to navigate.

However, Kiera and the team were responsive, provided clear communication throughout, and resolved a minor administrative glitch with the final billing.

The legal execution was handled with professionalism, and they kept us informed regarding the final submission to HM Land Registry.

From the initial enquiry the team was absolutely impressive. Warm, courteous and very efficient. All communication was timely and without delays.
