Kein-Mietwagen
We booked a car thru Billiger-Mietwagen, but it ended with a cost more that 3 x as high. We didn't get a car, because our credit card was not accepted for deposit, although we had paid with the card and it was accepted when booked. We were kicked out of the rentalshop without a car. Contact to Billiger-Mietwagen didn't help, "not their problem"!

Shuttle from the Airport to rental cars parking took 15 min max.
Another 10 until I got the keys (Budget rental cars)
Drop off was quick too.

Insurance offered via billiger-mietwagen.de is a scam!
I booked a rental car at Izmir airport with billiger-mietwagen.de including full coverage for damages via an axa insurance/waiver for the deductible of 500 EUR. Unfortunately, we had an accident. The rental car company (a subcontractor of Autounion) immediately charged ca. 3800 EUR on my credit card. I challenged them to charge a maximum of 500 EUR - to no effect. This is fraud! Even worse, billiger-mietwagen.de and Axa were of absolutely no help. Axa has taken no action and ignored email and the damage claim on their website (by end of August it still shows the status "submitted", a phone number is not available). billiger-mietwagen.de does not take any responsibility. @billiger-mietwagen.de, the insurance that you offer as part of the rental agreements is a scam! Please take accountability!

By Pick-up in Hamburg, The Staff were very friendly and gave me alot of Tipps...
By return in Berlin i wasted 30mins searching the keys returning Box..but the Telefon Staff were Patient enough to help...

Unbelievably horrible experience. We rented a passenger van for my wife and 4 kids for 3 weeks, paid in FULL! Over 2000.00 USD. My wife input the arrival time wrong on the registration. When we arrived, that gave our car away AND kept all of our money!
Billiger sub rents from rental cars.com, and this is just pure thievery! After months of calls, visa pulling money back and then giving in, we ended up with no car, and a 2300 bill that was lost…
Pathetic customer care and dishonest company.
There excuse was we were late, even though we paid in full, that’s not enough to reserve the car, and they said theirs terms and conditions didn’t apply since rental cars.com sublet the rental… which we never saw…. Joke…

Sollten Sie absehbar Ihr Fahrzeug nicht pünktlich übernehmen können, besteht lediglich die Möglichkeit, Ihren Vermieter direkt zu kontaktieren und mit diesem eine spätere Übernahme zu vereinbaren.
Diese Regeln werden nicht durch uns festgelegt, sondern durch Ihren Veranstalter. Gerne können Sie Ihre Buchung entsprechend bei Ihrem
Veranstalter reklamieren und eine Kulanzerstattung erfragen.

Very satisfied with rental
Communication with the landlord was great and the pick up was very easy and convenient. We were picked up by landlord representative and driven to the location of the vehicle. On the return also they took us at requested place in the city. The rental car could have been a newer edition.

WARNING - STAY FAR AWAY FROM BILLIGER-MIETWAGEN.DE, CARNECT/CARHIREMARKET, ARGUSCARHIRE AND NOLEGGIARE!!! 🤬
In June we rented 2 cars for 2 weeks at Pisa Airport via the German broker/portal Billiger-Mietwagen.de – organised via Carnect/Carhiremarket and Arguscarhire. The cars were handed out in Pisa by local operator Noleggiare.
Noleggiare didn’t accept the full insurance paid to Billiger-Mietwagen.de (to Carnect/Carhiremarket and Arguscarhire) – despite of our vouchers/documents clearly stating that. So, we had to pay full insurance again at Pisa Airport. In total we were forced to pay more than 4,000 € for 2 cars in 2 weeks. For that amount we could have rented 4 cars at Avis, Hertz or Europcar.
All involved parties – from Billiger-Mietwagen.de, over Carnect/Carhiremarket and Arguscarhire to local operator Noleggiare refused totally to reimburse any of the almost 2,000 € we had to pay on top of the rental price initially paid.
STAY FAR AWAY from brookers and organisers like Billiger-Mietwagen.de, Carnect/Carhiremarket or Arguscarhire – and local operators like Noleggiare. They are just crooks and scam you. 🤬
RENT ONLY from well-known, respected and credible car rental company directly at the airport of arrival origin. NEVER-EVER rent via a brooker/portal. They just steal your money! 🤬
