Hidden charges even after clarification.
I emailed to confirm if any additional charges would be required to pay from a customs perspective. They very clearly stated that no charges would require paying above the price stated on the website. Unfortunately I then received a charge for £68 which I have had to pay to receive the item. No issues with the service but made the item much more expensive than it would have been in the UK due to this. I have emailed them about it but yet no response. To be clear before purchase this was the response I had from them.
'as soon as you select your destination country (UK) under the price on the product page, all prices will automatically adjust accordingly.
This means any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs are already included in the displayed price in your shopping cart.'

Don’t prioritise customers after order.
Ordered SRAM Force rear and front derailleur. For the front derailleur the delivery was incomplete. Vital attachment parts was missing and it’s not possible to assemble it. I have now tried to contact several times during more than three weeks but no answers. They are easy to contact before order and they seems to be quick to respond on constructive feedback here at Trustpilot. But to contact them after order seems to be mission impossible. There are other online shops that really are customer oriented in all aspects and are there also after purchase.

Some other reviews I've read don't match at all my expirience. Surely they could answer sooner, but 6 days was not that bad; furthrmore they have been really helpful. They've exceeded my expectations, and solved my problem straight away (refunded me no questions asked).
I'll continue to buy from them as usual.

Do not buy into UK
Buying into the UK is definitely not a good idea due to import taxes etc., and I feel that this was not made clear enough. Luckily I noticed and managed to contact customer services which contrary to other reviews were quite fast and the money is back in my account 2 days after contacting for cancellation (luckily had not been dispatched yet)

Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, customs duties can apply when importing goods. This is completely not in our hands and depends on items and value.
In addition to the publicly available information from your local authorities, we also mention this fact in our FAQ, as well as during the checkout right next to the "Buy now" button.

Email communication went smoothly before purchasing. Delivered as promised to CH, no additional import tax had to be paid and VAT was included.
