Purchased one of their gaming chairs for my son's Christmas. The female threads on the chair back are a mismatch for the arm rests, the bolt would not engage with them on one side. We eventually received a replacement.
The replacement arrived a few weeks later and lo and behold the five pointed plastic base had a large crack in it when we removed it from the packaging box! So another two weeks waiting on a replacement chair.
Finally received another new chair and this time the bolts won't engage with the female threads on the footrest!
Honestly an absolute clownshoe of a product.

Unresponsive over email regarding replacement parts. Initially they agreed to send a replacement, only I did not receive the part nor any further communication from them despite sending follow up emails on 3 separate occasions.

I bought a Bigzzia treadmill, but I recived a similar treadmill with the text Home Fitness Code. (Did not look the same as the one I thought that I bought).
And I cant get it started.

The gaming chairs are awful and unreliable. They’re made of cheap metal so the support breaks with ease. If you want an office chair or gaming chair, look elsewhere.

I can't get a replacement remote anywhere and they do not answer their emails and there is nowhere to purchase another one leaving the treadmill completely useless

First motor failed after couple of months. Bigzzia ignored all warranty claims and just decided not to answer any emails. I replaced main motor and second motor failed after around 600 km. Please avoid or you will be disappointed.
Nothing wrong with the treadmill
Nothing wrong with the treadmill. But its the remote. Without the remote you can't use the treadmill. What size battery is it?! I've brought loads but can't find the correct one? Zero response by company and company I purchased it from. Cost me £279. And I do have a receipt etc!!

Flimsy remote control broke and you can't get a replacement. Company won't even get back to you. Wish I'd never bought a treadmill from bigzzia. Awful product and zero customer service, avoid!
