Poor card handling and missing items
Cards weren't sleeved when I specifically asked. This is an industry standard and should be maintained regardless of card price. This has been accommodated on some previous purchases despite workers suggesting its not possible due to their delivery methods. Moreover, some of the cards advertised were removed from my order despite being shown In stock. I'm unaware if this is due to the company double selling the cards or simply did not have them in stock. I usually trust this company but have felt their dedication to Trading Cards and their handling of industry standards have been lacking.

While we take great care in our stock handling and order fulfilment, discrepancies can occasionally occur—for example, items may be incorrectly added to stock or picked in error. That said, this is certainly not the experience we aim to provide.
Having reviewed your order history, we can see that this appears to be the first issue across nearly 400 cards you’ve purchased with us, which we hope offers some reassurance regarding our usual standards. Nevertheless, we fully appreciate how disappointing this situation is.
Although we strive for complete accuracy with every order, a zero-error rate is unfortunately not always achievable. Please be assured that we are continually working to minimise these occurrences.
With regard to packaging, we follow a process that has been developed over more than 10 years of selling trading cards online. As a result, we receive very few reports of damage in transit—typically only one every few to several months.
We do not sleeve every card we ship, as the packing method we use is designed to protect cards effectively during transit.
As you will have seen, we use grip seal bags to prevent movement within the package, thereby eliminating the risk of abrasion while also making the contents largely water-resistant. In addition, we use bespoke postage boxes which incorporate crumple zones at each end, along with dual-layer protection at the front and back, helping to safeguard the cards from any knocks during delivery.
That said, all high-value cards are shipped individually in toploaders, even though they are already protected within a rigid, double-layer cardboard box.
We are, of course, very sorry if you felt that the packaging used for your order was insufficient. We do hope you may choose to shop with us again in the future, allowing us the opportunity to demonstrate that our packaging method consistently protects the cards we ship.
Finally, I would like to apologise again for the issues you experienced with this order.
