Initially I was greeted to the main screen which seem to have a lot of dancing women, honestly it's a bit sus because this is my first impression. The more you use the app you find communities of people, those who are lonely, those who just need to vent their day to day. You meet people who stream at work, from deli workers to tattoo artists. You meet comedians who have social commentary, you meet the flamboyant and the wonderful. Bigo is more than the first page. If you're alone, you can talk to complete strangers and talk to them. When you stay longer, you discover digital communities. One thing I would change is that first page, probably need to have a video or welcome to Bigo page. Theirs some complex bean and diamond systems with different values for different countries? Which seems to be a worry for streamers.

I've been a victim of fraud on BIGO LIVE since September 1, 2022. Despite reaching out for help, I haven't received clear guidance. The support team provided an email address for direct contact, but I need assistance in drafting a formal letter to my bank. I hope BIGO LIVE takes security issues more seriously and improves their customer support.

Well bigo has knocked my ranking down without any reason or explaination. Getting content violations for absolutely no reason too. People stay away and dont waste your cash on a rip off site. There is no after/customer care. No complaint procedure where you actually get a valid response. The rating on trust pilot is true to its word. POOR. Had quite a few of my post banned for no reason at all. Some post were of me in real time footage but yet bigo still put restrictions on them saying non real footage. Violations for keeping fit doing weight lifting post. Fully clothed from head to toe by the way. Arms legs the lot covered lol and yet those who post half naked sexual content are fine. Total scammers app fraud the lot. Absolutely joke of a site. Keep getting banned for sitting quiet on a live. Well when your sat waiting for people to join your live and you are sat alone. Then off corse I'm going to be quiet.According to bigo live it is illegal to be quiet while live streaming lol.
Had more than 600 beans taken from my account on bigo with no explanation what so ever. It cost me money for diamonds and beans which were basically stolen from bigo live it's self. If I could give it -100 instead of 1 star then I would

Bigo don’t deserve any star. They are monsters. Bigo sucking people hard working money for bigo benefits. Together we need to stand and protect people losing money on their game. I would like to request everyone stop their recharge. Our unity can stop this monster 👹 Bigo.

Bigo Live used to be a place for great content, but it's now overrun with prostitution rings, particularly by Jannat Khan, who used to be on Tango Live. The platform is exploiting young people with its gifting system, ruining their futures. Issues like adultery and exploitation are widespread. Besides Jannat Khan, others like Aisha are also involved. Instead of wasting thousands on Bigo Live, consider donating to those in need.

They allow the solicitation of intentional pornagraphic content the app is 17+ so it's illegal women are being allowed to do this for the last 5 years I have been on there. When you report the issue you always get the same automated message saying their are taking your report seriously. It's just a lie as the woman are still sitting thier doing their dirty content. When innocent host like myself get banned just for taking 5 minute breaks or just for no reason at all sometimes. Its the Most unfair most toxic app ever and don't get me started on the 1000s of scammers, predators and toxic communities that use bigo so sad they allow this behaviour and also they pay thier host less than 50% of what you actually earn on the platform stay away it's so bad this has been happening from 2019 -2024 this day and I'm just sick of it.

It's a chinese Spyware app which can spy on phone . It is linked with yy industries chinese company . This app is scam 😒 they push adult content to attract mens. There product is basically womens as host who are basically scammers on this app and they sell to. mens ,that's there business model. Why google 😕 allows such apps on play store 🤔 because they get commission dirty google company and bigo live .stay safe

This app pushes LGBT on their customers and I we all need to fight against it and stop using apps that push it

The management and administration are awful.They do not take responsibility when they get things wrong and people lose diamonds.The beasts game has no instructions and steals coins.
The whole things are farce.

Still banned and still getting the same run around from different people in customer service to not responding at at to an email but will respond to a review. Smh Again I gave them all they asked for and more but to no avail. 3years a waste of time do better

Every time I reach out to the BIGO help desk about them obviously overcharging me for something they give me the run around. I have been a loyal customer and spender on this app Very disappointed in their customer service

I think this is the best app on the planet I was bullied by a agent and then another agent came and helped me out this is the best networking app on the planet and I cant wait to full partner with the influencer program

David Xueling Li Is the mastermind of the scams in this app. He is the CEO of this dodgy app and she shall be responsible for all this scams, stolen identity to happen. Why she? Because he has no balls to face or talk to the consumer. He left lower management to face abuse by genuine consumers. Their legal team is also full of crap as they don’t even speak English. All copy paste templates. Chinese communist spying people around the world and what makes it more dodgy is, the CEO is declaring Singapore as its main office. lol they are from china, and what Singaporean call china people, china cibai😂😂. They are bunch of scammers that don’t even help consumers when in need. They took personal ids of host for verification checks while they cannot help innocent people being scammed in this app. We must ensure this app MUST take responsibility to protect and assist VERIFIED HOST in any reported case.

Australia also have many dodgy admins like Patrick, Angel, Alfie, Minnie, Alexandra, Bob, and many more. They enjoy taking innocent money from people that they don’t deserve. If you don’t believe me, try joining their monthly meeting online and try go against on their meeting when something you find not right and try to fight for it. They will ignore you like a cockroach. They don’t like dramas but they themselves create dramas. They are not good people, talk nice in front while at the back like witches.

To you David xueling li, a big 🖕to you. We will all see you in court soon. There are many dodgy things you guys do in Australia illegally you china cibai. BIGO live will be the next app to be banned in Australia. If US can do it to tik tok. Australia should not have any issues. I have so many evidence to shut you guys down like a rats in the drain. For those admins, account manager, enjoy stealing money from innocent people who is trying to make a living. Hope one day you will choke from paying using dirty money to pay for you food/groceries.

To new consumers, advice is, always read reviews before downloading this app. Oh yeah by the way guys, current reviews on BIGO for App Store are all fake, they are rewarding hosts 800 beans for self putting good feedback on themself. They even block my reviews on App Store for being honest lol.
