Didn’t like the whole experience. Would have preferred to just browse vehicles and not go through a question and and session to get through the door. Will be sticking to main dealerships in future.

All the staff we met were charming and very helpful. They answered all my questions.
The only slight downside was that on both occasions, in spite of having an appointment, we had to wait quite a while before a member of staff came to deal with us. It wasn’t a problem but it might have been for somebody else.

Do Not trust this Company
Do Not trust this Company. Purchased a car in November, asked if any issues with the MOT, salesperson said 'Its Passed, No Issues' - Had to put the vehicle into a Main MG dealer as Big Motoring World were unable or willing to fix issues with the Gas Particulate Filter. MG Dealer came back with serious concerns about the brakes / coil springs. Both need replacing. Said these should have been picked up on the last MOT - I checked the Gov Website in regards to MOT's. It shows advisories for both brakes / coil springs. This was not pointed out at the original sale. Contacted Big Morning World Customer Support and asked the question "are all advisories on MOT Test's fixed prior to selling vehicles to customer' the reply I Quote" Yes, we ensure ALL Advisories are addressed before selling" These were clearly not fixed - contacted Big Motoring World - Norwich and their attitude was 'tough, we are not going to reimburse you the repair cost' and we don't fix advisories. So, Customer Support and saying one thing and the branch is saying the complete opposite. False advertising springs to mind. Lesson Learnt - check, check, and check again because this company will take your money and run, trying to get anything sorted after sales is non existent .

My experience dealing with the sales…
My experience dealing with the sales team at Norwich was very positive. The sales executives I dealt with were very helpful and I would recommend this firm when buying a car

Very happy customers
Very, happy with the way Syed handled things for me. I came in out of the blue wanting to change for a different car only a few months after I got my last one (circumstances changed). Syed was very friendly and professional and got me a really good deal on my new BMW.

My visit to BMW was very helpful
My visit to BMW was very helpful, pleasant sales staff, confirmed appointment time and after a short wait I was shown several immaculate cars. They have a large local range and access to cars from their different branches around the country. Spoiled for choice! This is the third time I have viewed cars at BMW , our 2 previous vehicles purchased from there, which were excellent Mercedes.

I really like the ease of this place
I really like the ease of this place. Simply turn up, vehicles are grouped by make and model so are easy to find and super friendly staff. The only downside is with the amount of vehicles, the salesperson is not so knowledgeable on a particular make / model of car. I had questions but they weren't answered whereas I visited the dealership of the make of car and it was answered straight away. I have purchased two cars from this place in the past but I went elsewhere this time as I didn’t have as much faith in the salesperson and their knowledge about the car I wanted.

Pushy and Unethical Sales Tactics
Absolutely awful experience.
The sales tactics were incredibly pushy and uncomfortable, with constant pressure to commit to a finance deal we clearly weren’t happy with. The most shocking part was being advised to reduce the amount we pay into our mortgage each month so we could afford a car loan instead. I found that completely irresponsible and frankly inappropriate financial advice.
Rather than listening to what we actually wanted (to pay for the car immediately), the focus seemed entirely on squeezing as much money out of us as possible. It felt more like being cornered than helped. After what I could only imagine was the 10th time of telling them no to the car finance and extended warranties, they finally let us leave the building
I would strongly recommend anyone considering buying from this company to be very cautious, especially when discussing finance options. There are plenty of dealerships out there that treat customers with respect and don’t pressure them into questionable financial decisions.

Excellent service from the team
Excellent service from the team. I came in for a part‑exchange and they handled everything professionally and without any pressure. The paperwork and checks took about 4–5 hours, but it was worth it because I got my new car the very same day. They helped me with every step and made the whole process smooth. Really happy with the experience.

Flagged tyre pressure issue on test…
Flagged tyre pressure issue on test drive in Norwich, was told the mechanics checked it before we left so drove home (2.5hrs away) and 15 mins down the road a warning light came on saying “tyre pressure sensor malfunction”. Logged this immediately on their app, this was 4 weeks ago now and still no resolution.
Was then told to go to a Halfords autocentre for a tyre check. This came back with a nail in one (not repairable) and a slash in another (not repairable). Sent all info over 2 weeks ago and they came back after a week to say they will replace with 2 x £80 tyres when the two on the car are Pirelli!! Quite comical to be honest!! Been emailing for nearly another week with nothing back. Stay clear of this company, been a mess from start to finish. Staff unhelpful, warranty looks poor!

This is the worst experience I have ever had as a consumer
This is the worst experience I have ever had, as a customer, of any company in my entire life. They are AWFUL. Their customer service is shocking, they kept me hours, treated me like an inconvenience, then sold me an EV without a charge cable. They refused to reimburse me for the one I then bought because it was "not their problem" basically. They just sell the car, as is, and if they dont get a cable, F you basically.
By the time I left their Norwich branch, the entire excitement of buying a new car had been entirely sucked out of me, and I just angry. Never, EVER buy from these guys. Avoid at all costs. They dont deserve your business, I hope they fold.

Avoid
I found a vehicle on the website that I wanted. Looked immaculate (some age related marks, it was a year old. Minor scratches)
I had it moved to my local branch (Norwich) and paid £129 to do that.
When I came to view the vehicle. The bumper has a significant crack in it and a small hole. This wasn't shown on any of the images (and still isn't)
So I didn't want the vehicle because it wasn't what was shown on the images. I was informed that the transfer fee is non-refundable. I would not have transferred the vehicle to another showroom had the damage been shown on the images. The member of staff admitted that the damage was not on the images. It was probably down in transit or in the car park.
The next day. The vehicle has been reduced by £600 (a helpful email informed me) presumably this is because of the additional damage and yet, I'm not entitled to a refund.
Avoid at all costs. Certainly don't ask them to move the vehicle that you're interested in..
