Bigjigs Toys Ltd Reviews 

First time buyer here. Products online looked great. Our order was placed on December 2nd (estimated shipping before Dec 23), and it is now December 29th (past Christmas) and we have not received the product. When I contacted customer service, I was told (in a very unhelpful and frustrating email) that shipping generally takes 5-7 business days (but possibly up to 28 days), but they have no tracking so are unable to confirm anything. I am now out $250, with no tracking information about where the product.

We like to support family-owned businesses, but this experience has been quite frustrating and disappointing. Not sure how we can recommend this company to anyone else based on our personal experience. Hopefully this is just a one-off.

No response to email about repairing one of their toys that arrived faulty

Just opened the Tidlo country kitchen to find NO screws or washers in the box. My daughter’s birthday is Wednesday. I am absolutely furious. Reading other reviews, it seems it’s a recurring problem. How dare you sell toy kitchens that cost £150 and come with missing items. My daughter’s 1st birthday is now ruined. You are an absolute disgrace.

Ordered during the Black Friday week but the toys still arrived quickly. Happy with the price, speed, and packaging.

Great service and reasonable prices, just not as wide a selection as I might have liked.

I bought 2, 24 piece big jigs jigsaws for my grandson, 1 was a fire engine and the other a tractor. I didn't purchase from Bigjigs Toys as they were cheaper elsewhere. The jigsaws are excellent quality though so definitely worth a review.

Contacted Bigjigs customer service as my grandson's battery powered Flying Scotsman toy locomotive had ceased to work. Unfortunately we couldn't locate the receipt but after providing a video showing the problem a replacement was sent out. We have bought several Bigjigs toys and they are good quality products, but nice to know this is a good solid company who will help you if things go wrong.

I came across Bigjigs toys through a toy subscription box I used to get and I was impressed with the quality. Since then I've made a few direct purchases and they've all been great, good quality and arrived as sold. Made a recent purchase for Christmas and everything is in good order and I know my 2 year old is going to love her presents. Even got free delivery and a free give as it was over £40.

I did a big order for Christmas which arrived promptly in spite of the post strikes with good communication. I loved the free gift I got for reaching the spend threshold and the quality of the items I ordered is excellent. I love the uniqueness of the wooden train toys from here - they go alongside my son’s existing collection very well.

I have ordered the Jack Doll which came promptly but I am afraid the poor rating is because instead of curls he has dreadlocks at the back of his head. I have not bothered to inform the company as other reviews have said there is no consideration when it comes to customer care I’m not wasting my time and won’t be ordering again.

I needed some assistance with a Channel Islands order and emailed a query. Response was immediate and a subsequent phone call allowed me to place the order within minutes.
Delivery was ahead of the estimated delivery date - and all the goods were of excellent quality. It’s now my first port of call for Christmas and birthday shopping for the children!

Bought the Doctors Kit for my grandson, order arrived promptly and would have been very happy with the purchase. The stethoscope, however, was not fit for purpose, the fitting was loose and cannot be played with. I returned my review clearly stating the problem and fully accepting there can be mistakes with quality control, assuming the company would put this right. Sadly, there has been no acknowledgement or attempt to fix the issue. I will not be recommending the company or buying from them in future.

Super quick delivery, brilliant packaging. This is a Christmas present so not been played with yet. Would recommend and would order again.

I would give 5* for the toy but 2* for the service.
I purchased the Country Kitchen.

The kitchen itself is very nice, but it was frustrating to find a part missing mid-assembly.

Called but part had not arrived ten days later. Arrived after a second phone call.

A small gesture was lacking and would have been appreciated.

Quality toys. Purchased quite a few item's and my children have all been delighted with them. Recommend to everyone wondering what to buy there little one's.

Fantastic service. Order arrived speedily and well packaged. Even included a free gift as a “thank you” which was much appreciated. Will definitely use again.

Brought the Scrunch Sand/Water Mould, Scrunch Bucket, Scrunch Frisbee, Scrunch Spade. Arrived three days later which was great as was 3-5 working days. The products are fantastic and my LO is looking forward to using it on holiday.
