Very quick delivery. Plenty of notice when delivering item. No issues and my shower was well wrapped.

unable to find contact information on website.. email address, phone number etc.therefore No Stars as trust pilot, enforces one star on bad reviews;;you cannot leave negative reviews. I would usually send reviews direct by email, This company offered first class service, quality products,very well packed for transport. would recommend to anyone. I give this company three out of fours stars

Ordered my full bathroom suite from the Milano Elizabeth range, it looks beautiful and well made. The fact that it's solid brass, not a finish, was a big sell for me but I haven't fitted it yet so I can't comment on longevity.
Customer service was outstanding from Shaunna D and Lisa H on their live chat. They helped when an item I wanted for the set was out of stock.

One of the glasses of the sliding shower door shattered by itself. I contacted Big Bathroom Shop via email because it happened during the weekend and they did not work Saturday and Sunday. I received a reply from Stephanie on Monday morning. She had organized the delivery of a brand new set because the old (damaged) one was still in warranty. I sent her an email with an enquiry to which she replied straight away. I was impressed by her quality service and professionalism.
In general I was happy how Big Bathroom Shop handled the issue.
