This company needs investigating. Ive officially closed my account after months of deposits and 2, £10 withdrawals. It simply does not pay out. When you get onto a bonus on game youve spent a good £20 on, you get back £2.43. Theres no RTG displayed on the games, theres no volatility displayed, it doesnt tell you the games features unless you start to play the game. In 5 months ive deposited a total of £265 on bet365, ive withdrawn over £2000 from bet365 in those 5 months. Mr Q i have spent a total £140 and withdrawn £120 (thats fine, thats standard gambling and rtg) in those 5 months. on betmgm ive deposited a total of £300 and withdrawn £400+

Only just opened account tried to log back in and account is locked saying i have a self exlusion and i have not put anything in place i have not appleid for any break and cant access account the live chat is useless just kept saying there where busy joke of a site

first for the app and withdrew £19 went to my bank fine then tried withdraw £100 and my bank has declined it due to withdraw payment method even though the payment method is the same as it was when i withdrew £19 then tried to withdraw £5 again has also been declined so they keep taking my money such a terrible app they are not even trying to help me fix the problem

Save yourself some money and time, one of the worst I've dealt with. Used for about 3 months all ok, actually quite liked the website. Made a few deposits and withdraws all ok. However then had an issue with a simple withdraw, and it took weeks to resolve. Very hard if not impossible to speak to someone, it's all AI or an agent that can't do anything. I would avoid at all costs.
As people can see another example of pointless communication from betway.

I signed up with an offer of betting £10 and getting £40 in free bets. I bet £10 and followed the requirements. The bet has settled and I’ve not received my free bets. Either false advertisement or deceitful.

I'd give 0 stars and should have looked here before going there and fell for the scam the new customer offer of bet £10 and get £40 in free bets made 2 deposits by debit card as stated they had no problem taking my money when on live chat after over a hour waiting was told my card is restricted and won't get the promo wasn't told why its restricted and feel scammed id dread to think if I won definitely closing this account

Absolute joke of a website. Withdrawn £5 two/three days ago and the live chat says it would have been in my account next day. Out of 8 attempts of trying to get to a live agent, only 1 of them I succeeded after waiting an hour. Of which they told me it’s been escalated. Still not an update and it’s still not even began to be processed yet. Shocking customer service and I don’t even think I’m getting paid out at this rate. Not using them again or depositing my money again. Quick to take your money but super slow to respond and process your withdrawals. Just posing as a legit site but it’s a scam site. Dont bother

It's a scam!! Simple.... First you create an acocunt with the promise of giving you free money for making a small deposit. But as soon as you bet your deposit, your account locks. Now way of getting a hold of them. if you get through, they tell you that you need to send them loads of personal documents to prove who you are!!!!! Don't do it. The best part is that they then reply to your trustpilot review and send you back their website, where there is no contact information.
