Very Happy With Speed & Customer Care
Very happy with Better Chemist. Yesterday at 3.45pm I ordered hayfever medication online for myself and my husband. We initially called to see if the item was in stock and was greeted by a very helpful woman in customer services, we also got to speak directly to the Pharmacist there, which is amazing. He provided good advice on what medication we needed.
I then placed the order via the website and to my amazement it has just arrived in the post! I thought I should write this straight away and let them know. Thank you so much.

Better Chemist - BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST
Ordered item at quoted price and paid by card. Better Chemist acknowledged and accepted order. Next Day emailed to say price increased by over 40% up from £27 to £38. I think this is a scam - quote a low price to suck you in then up the price. No way with current inflation that a price can increase that much overnight. DO NOT TRUST BETTER CHEMIST

You placed an order for a prescription drug, last week, on the 14th of April and have not sent the original prescription to us - which by law we need before we can dispense. After making contact last sunday, we explained that unfortunately the price of the medication had increased, based on the current trade price. (We also looked at three competitors and offered you the best price) as the price quoted was a 2011 price. We asked if you would like to proceed or have an immediate refund. You requested a refund, which we carried out promptly.
