Classes Timetable all over the place

The gyms in the Olympic Park are basic, and since they lost the Aquatics Centre and closed the east village gym their offering is pretty poor. They have opened a "new" gym at the Velodrome, but its much smaller.

The classes timetable is all over the place, and seems to change constantly which makes planning really difficult. Also, when there is a private event at either Copper Box or the Velodrome then all of the classes are cancelled. I love that both venues are successful and still working after the olympics, so its just annoying that when the schedule changes and there are no events.

I pay £47 a month (12 month contract) which gives me access to all the gyms. But I don't think its worth it anymore, and I would recommend if you're looking for something on the budget side to shop around, other gyms are opening and offer the same for much much less.
Its a shame, when we had access to the pool and the bigger gym, it meant it was worth the price, I won't be renewing when my agreement is up.

Regarding your membership, I want to clarify that our monthly memberships are designed to offer flexibility. You are not locked into a long-term contract, and you have the option to cancel your membership at any time, requiring just a 20-day notice period. We value your patronage and would be sorry to see you go, so I will make sure to forward your concerns and feedback to our centre management team. They will investigate the issues you’ve raised to ensure we can improve the experience for you and all our members.

Booked a track experience but came up…

Booked a track experience but came up with some website difficulties. Spoke to a lovely lady called Annie in Customer Service who went through everything for me and was totally pleasant throughout. Thank you very much Annie for being very understanding and sorting out my issue.
I myself work in retail as a Manager and customers can be very critical sometimes if nothing goes their way and the first thing is to complain. On this occasion you were fantastic well done keep up the great work.
